Tres bon établissement, grandes chambres, bonne literie et surtout vraiment sympathique.

Immer wieder gut, aber auf den Geruch der Duftöle könnte ich gerne verzichten.

Staff was very friendly. My daughter accidentally left her airpods and didnt realize til we were at the airport. She emailed the facility, they found them and offered to hold them and provided a delivery service where she was able to have them arranged to mail back to the states. It was very much appreciated!

O hotel está super bem localizado, bem próximo ao aeroporto Charleroi. Conta com posto de gasolina bem próximo e portanto vc pode abastecer seu carro alí antes de devolver à locadora. Não gostei de a recepção cobrar 6 euros por dia pois já havia pago na hoteis.com quando fiz a reserva! Tem um supermercado enorme bem ao lado do hotel o que foi divertido comprar vinho e coisas gostosas para um pic-nic no nosso quarto ( que tinha uma mesa com 2 cadeiras super confortáveis). O quarto é bem confortável, bem como o banheiro com chuveiro ( sem banheira!!) o que acho o máximo! Café da manhã muito bom.

Ero stato bene in questo hotel in precedenza, ma questa volta ho avuto problemi. Il lavandino del bagno perdeva acqua direttamente sul pavimento. La stanza era poco insonorizzata e ho dovuto chiamare la reception perché nella camera a fianco mettevano musica fin dopo mezzanotte. Non mi è stato offerto nessun indennizzo.

Magnifique, Hôtel complet et on pouvez encore se garer en extérieur. Restaurant très bien.

Je fréquente cette hôtel depuis plusieurs années, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres , un bar très agréable , un super restaurant , un endroit incontournable même pour les locaux, il faut réserver le r es traitant car souvent plein

Air conditioning didn’t work had to move around after several people try to fix it by the time it was 8:30 PM no offer to help me although the room they gave me was close by there were things in that room that were left over from the people that were before me, I did not receive a fresh towel for three days, even though my light was on

Ik had een ontbijtservice verwacht als je niet op tijd kan ontbijten ivm vroege vlucht, daar zou zo’n groot hotelketen toch op voorbereid moeten zijn

Per essere un hotel Van der Valk, mi sarei aspettato il letto ed i cuscini più comodi. Purtroppo avevo a disposizione solo cuscini scomodi, che non mi hanno consegnato di riposare comodamente

Always come back here when on business in Belgium. It’s a 5 minute drive from Charleroi Airport which is South Brussels. The team here are always friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always busy and offers great food and drinks. It seems to be a popular spot for local residents too which says a lot about the quality of eatery. Rooms are generous size and parking on site is easy. We often use it as base too when heading back to the airport to catch a flight as you can wander in and have a cup of tea whilst catching up on some work. Will 100% use this hotel every time we are back in Belgium in this area.
