just what you need to get your head down. rooms a little dares but clean and comfy beds. couldn't ask for more

Good location. Liked style of Hotel/Aptartment complex. Friendly staff. Wonderful music each evening. Great breakfast buffet - although a little procy now at €16/person. Negative part was the pool staff. Unfriendly and very rude. You've to get your own lounger each day (heavy). Put your own towels out to claim your bed and get unbrella yourself too....but if you don't buy the mattress from them for the lounge chairs they take all your stuff off loungers. They also take the beds away from you too. You're not allowed sit or lounge around pool area without paying them daily. If you move bed they whip mattress away. They are so aggressive about it. I watched them be sp rude to people. Then I got up and put towels in bed at 7am. Had to wait until 10am for them to open to buy mattress. They took all my stuff off bed and gave loungers to other people while I was at breakfast because I hadn't bought mattress in time. You've to do all the lifting of loungers, mattresses and umbrellas. Its not easy for older folks or those with injury.

New ground floor upgraded rooms were great and spacious. Staff helpful as always. Great location by the beach.

Such a lovely hotel. The situation is perfect . Right on the promenade with lovely pool great entertainment and lovely short walk along lovely shops and cafes to the main town. You can walk for miles along the flat promenade for miles in either direction. Our favourite is towards benelmadena marina passing the cariheuela area and lots of shops cafes restaurants etc. .the room was very clean and spacious with beautiful bathroom small kitchen with great size fridge and ice box and view from balcony was amazing. The staff are lovely and very pleasant and helpful. .the food is very nice and so reasonable. You can buy from the wee beach bar and eat around the pool. .you can hire lovely thick mattresses for the sunloungers for4 euro and are so worth it and plenty of umbrellas to go round. The pool area is very clean and the water was so beautiful and lovely temperature. Its just opposite the beach which is gorgeous and again you can walk along for miles. There are supermarkets and shops very close by and lovely places to eat just on your doorstep. The cleaners where very friendly and we really just enjoyed the whole feel of the hotel in general. Would definetly go back . Plus the offer a free transfer to and from the airport which is only about 15 mins. Plus we feel its not overpriced although maybe a wee bit dated for some we enjoyed the cosy Spanish feel .

Magnifique appartement hôtel

I’ll start with the parking, as it impacted the overall experience. The hotel has very limited parking spaces, which were always full during our stay. Guests are given a parking card for an off-site car park in the old town, requiring a €20 deposit. The car park is around a 15–20 minute drive from the hotel. Once you arrive, you then have to walk uphill and climb more than 100 steps to reach the parking area. By the time you get there, you're often soaked in sweat. Overall, parking the car takes around 30 minutes each time, which becomes very inconvenient. The level of hygiene, particularly at breakfast, was also disappointing. On three separate occasions, we found hair in the scrambled eggs and vegetables. When I tried to raise the issue with the manager on duty, they avoided the conversation and ignored the feedback. The kitchen facilities were also very basic. It was essentially a small kitchenette with minimal workspace and no extractor fan. On a positive note, the location is excellent, very close to the beaches, and the room offered a lovely view.

Très bien situé les chambres propres quoi qu’un peu vieillot. Ce n’est pas le grand luxe mais correct puisqu’on va à la chambre pour dormir.
