若是自駕前往非常不便。使用導航前往時，在進入到飯店旁的廣場前的單行道，所顯示的交通號誌是「禁止進入」會讓人不斷地繞，直到發現禁止時段為07-11。順利進入好又是廣場，對外國遊客來說會不確定是否可以臨時停車。 順利Check in後，飯店人員提供的停車場非常的遠，但當作散步還算浪漫。遺憾的是放電人員告知「停車一晚12€」，令人錯愕的是隔天取車（未超過24hr）卻是21.8€。 另外周遭的停車位皆為當地住戶所使用的「綠色」。 雖是SPA Hotel，但卻不能使用？

酒店房间小，但位置好，装饰比较有意思，属于小清新款，老房子还不错。

Personal muy amable y todo muy limpio.

Amazing location. It was within walking distance of all the must-see spots. The room was comfortable, and the parking service was great. The staff were overall very warm and helpful, with the exception of the man attending the breakfast service, who could have been more kind.

Habitacion preciosa en plena plaza inmejorable situación

Mycket bra läge vid Plaza Mayor. Vi använde valet parking vilket fungerade utmärkt. Trevlig och service minded personal. Mycket god middag. Frukosten var enkel. Vi utnyttjade SPA badet 80 min. Trevligt bad under rommerska valv.

Excellent location, friendly staff and clean rooms. However, the listing says the rooms are "soundproofed" and they most definitely are not. Also, there is air conditioning but it is controlled by the front desk, so you aren't able to keep the temperature exactly as you'd like it.

We went to Segovia to see our son, an IE student at Segovia and the location was convenient as it is close to his apartment
