The hotel located fanstic in the heart of downtown, walk direct into city center will all the good food and tapas bars. Super recommended to stay here.

Right in downtown, the first arrival will have little problem location the parking, but very worth it!

Al volver ya de madrugada al hotel, nos encontramos con la puerta de la habitación abierta de par en par y con las luces encendidas. Afortunadamente no había nadie dentro y nuestros enseres parecían intactos, pero el susto y la sensación de inseguridad fueron terribles, apenas pudimos conciliar el sueño. Las explicaciones sobre esta negligencia en la recepción nos han parecido insuficientes teniendo en cuenta el malísimo rato que hemos pasado. Solo espero que la dirección del hotel tome nota de lo ocurrido para tomar las acciones que proceda para evitar este tipo de barbaridades en el futuro, y se nos compense de alguna manera por esta situación tan dantesca.

Gave up our large room to a family. Was given room 505 which was v cramped and had such a dreadful view we kept the curtains closed.

Great hotel, location wise, only problem is they use an elevator for your car if you bring one. The breakfast should be included after the price people pay for the rooms. In Spain they criticize Capitalism, but I think they are worst, plus they don’t staff accordingly. Exploitation

Great location but the room set up was all wrong. Bathtub too old and outdated. TV outdated.

We enjoyed our stay at Sercotel Portales. It is in a great location, within a few minutes’ walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. The room was clean, with comfortable bedding, but there was a distinct smell of smoke, particularly in the bathroom, which led us to believe that this may either have been a smoking room (even if we requested non-smoking) or that previous guests ignored the non-smoking directive. Because we could open the window, we were able to “air” out the place, and enjoy it. The bad smell was ultimately a minor inconvenience. We recommend this hotel.

Really good! Most definitely will recommend. Cleanliness, room space, amenities, parking, area, location, staff... everything was perfect. If we go back to Logroño will most certainly look here first. (have already recommended to friends).
