房間非常非常小行李打不開，房間的窗戶打開看到的是牆壁沒有景觀，被網站漂亮的照片騙了，早餐很簡單就是一般三星級簡單早餐，唯一的優點就是地點在市中心

Fascinating view of Tuscany, hotel location is good but need more direction for drivers to exit the town center.

酒店就位于水井广场，广场上有几间餐厅，还有两家冰淇淋店，其中一家排好长队的就是拿了冰淇淋世界冠军的，我们试左两次，好吃。酒店内部环境唔错，好有小镇风情，早餐区有一排玻璃窗，可一边欣赏托斯卡纳景色，一边品尝美食。美中不足的是卫生间的地砖沾水后容易滑倒，要改善下。

The room was spacious and the hotel is in a great location right in the middle of town. The balcony looked out over the town and landscape. It could not have been prettier. Also the staff was very friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable with modern en suite facilities. We had an amazing view of the valley from our room.

View from the room was spectacular. All other accommodations were great!

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, the dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the view from our balcony was amazing. I would absolutely recommend staying there.

Superb room with access to terrace and stunning views of the Tuscany countryside. Location could not be better right in the centre of the town.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Great location, beautiful room and excellent breakfast. the view from the balcony was nothing short of breathtaking!

O Hotel tem um excelente custo benefício! Fica no centro da cidade, localizacao super privilegiada. Pegamos um apto com vista para a praça e fez toda a diferença. O café da manhã é muito bom e tem uma vista linda do vale.

Loved everything about it!!

Wonderful place to stay. Spotless, unbeatable location, surprisingly quiet (given that it is directly on Piazza della Cisterna), helpful and cheerful staff. We chose a room with a valley view. Truly outstanding!! Some minor technical quibbles (shower drain loose, lighting difficult to figure out), but we would go back there in a heartbeat.

Wonderful single room with balcony. Great breakfast, polite and friendly staff, and a breakfast room with the most amazing views. Would definitely stay here again.

Right on the piazza and a room with valley view and room was sound proof and quiet. Updated room looks new. Breakfast available for fee. Hotel staff are nice. Parking wasn’t too far. Parked in P2. The trick is get in a line at the entry gates and wait for an opening , green light, then press button to get ticket. You pay on way out next day at the machine which takes tap before you get into your car, then you insert the ticket at the gate when you leave.

Hotel was in a great area. Friendly staff. Our room was on the bottom floor and was very musty smelling. We didn’t ask to change rooms because we were just exhausted and assumed maybe they were all the same.
