Trevligt hotel med trevlig personal. Väldigt fint poolområde med bra tillgänglighet till solstolar. Bra rum med bra sängar.

Vi hadde et fint opphold på hotellet og er fornøyde med opplevelsen. Rommet var rent og godt vedlikeholdt hver dag. Renholdspersonalet var veldig hyggelige, smilende og gjorde en flott jobb gjennom hele oppholdet. Frokosten var helt grei med et godt utvalg, men jeg savnet litt mer fisk blant alternativene. Parkeringen var veldig bra, og det var enkelt å finne plass. Jeg vil likevel anbefale å ha bil hvis du skal bo på dette hotellet. Hotellet ligger et godt stykke fra sentrum og La Mata-stranden, så det er mindre praktisk uten egen bil. Det eneste negative vi opplevde var ved innsjekkingen. Vi fikk ulik informasjon fra forskjellige ansatte i resepsjonen, og det skapte litt forvirring. Mitt råd til andre gjester er derfor: Hvis hotellet lover deg noe spesielt, be om å få det skriftlig. Da unngår du misforståelser dersom ulike ansatte gir forskjellige svar. Alt i alt hadde vi et hyggelig opphold

The rooms have had a recent refurb and they look great. In particular the bathroom was excellent. The pool is beautifully mai rained and the spa is a wonderful bonus with discounted treatments for guests.

It was a great place to stay and located close to restaurants.

Flott hotell for avslappning.

As always a lovely stay here. The Hotel has recently undergone a refurbishment which has vastly improved its image, it was beginning to look 'tired' so the refurbishment has been very welcome. Going back in a couple of months time.

Your air conditioner control is not easy to use

Er flott hotell med mange fasiliteter. Spa avdelingen var stengt, men vi fikk massasje. Flinke folk. Bra frokost og middag. Vi kommer tilbake når Spa avdelingen åpner

Hyviä asioita olivat suihku, ilmastointi ja respan henkilökunta. Huonoa puolestaan puutteellinen aamiainen, ei mitään tuoretta lukuunottamatta ananasviipaleita. Sänky oli tarpeeksi iso, mutta vuodevaateviritykset olivat eriskummallisia ja epäkäytännöllisiä, pussilakanatkin on keksitty. Huoneen vaatehyllyissä vaatteet pölyyntyivät, ei oltu pyyhitty. Ulkopatio likainen, sitä ei viikon aikana kertaakaan siivottu. Uima-altaan aurikotuolit surkeat. Kodikkuus puuttui täysin. Tyypillinen brittimesta.

Vi overnattet 2 netter og spiste frokost og middag begge dager. Utmerket middagsmåltid og fin frokost. Gode senger og trivelig rom. Trivelig bassengområde:)

Lovely hotel and nice staff but the pool was closed because the lifeguard was off so wasn’t able to use it

This place is ok, although it has the potential to be lovely. Its having a rebuild at the moment, but silly rules like a deposit for towels and not being able to use your room ones and having to pay to rent a certain type of sun bed really let it down. They also didnt supply coffee in the rooms. Location is ok etc, hotel again could make up for it. Overall we would stay again because of how close to torreviaja it is, otherwise wouldnt rush back until they sorted the basics. Theres Shower was great and bed was lovely in a superior room.
