We stayed in a triple room which was very big, clean and facing the car park therefore quite at night. Breakfast was simple but ok and included in the price (which seems to be rare these days). The hotel is approx 100mt from the train station therefore not a great area to wander around at night but super handy for train travellers. Parma historic centre is less than 15mins walk away. The only very weird thing was the strong smell of dump in the stairs on the way to the breakfast room

Henkilökunta oli aivan todella ujoa. Yövyimme talven kylmään aikaan ja huone oli hieman vetoisa ja viileä. Lisäksi pimennysverhoon oli liiskaantunut torakka. Huone oli muuten iso ja siisti. Hotellin sijainti oli tavallaan hyvä, mutta aseman läheisyydessä tuntui hieman turvattomalta. Jos olisin matkustanut yksin naisena, olisin valinnut toisen hotellin sijainnin vuoksi. Aamiainen ja puitteet olivat erinomaiset muuten!

The ppl in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean the breakfast is also ok. However Fatima was very friendly and kind. Thank you Fatima 🙏

Nós gostamos muito da estadia no hotel, porém o ponto negativo foi a equipe de atendimento da recepção. Em um dos quartos reservados existia uma lâmpada faltando que deixava o quarto um pouco mais escuro. Solicitamos a reposição da mesma 4 vezes e a equipe prometia resolver, porém nunca resolveu. Achamos que o atendimento por parte deles nesse sentido deixou a desejar, porém no geral gostamos muito de todo o resto.

Loved our stay here! It was such a wonderful place and i highly recommend it !

2 night stay, check in was great, conveniently located next to train station, breakfast was amazing and house keeping was good. However room was cold but no extra blanket was provided, no coffee provided in room and when asked they said no. neighborhood felt a little unsafe in the evening. After midnight, loud music can be heard, thought it was from outside, but was actually coming from the night shift playing his music so loud for hours.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, quase em frente a Estação de trem de Parma, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Café da manhã com boa variedade e bem delicioso. Cama confortável, quarto amplo. Estadia perfeita

Propreté de la chambre pas optimale et surtout mauvais entretien : joint douche sale, trace de calcaire au mur, support douchette mal fixé, embout manquant au robinet du lavabo. De plus les fenêtres isolaient mal du bruit de la rue

Rent och stort rum med stor balkong, men svårt att låsa upp dörren till rummet. Det hade varit bra om receptionen talade om innan vilket knep man skulle använda för att lyckas öppna dörren så att vi slapp åka ner till receptionen igen. Bra parkering i låst garage. Frukosten helt ok. Tyvärr var det inte så vidare trevlig miljö utanför hotellet. Gäng som bråkade och förde väsen.

Pontos positivos: Quarto e banheiro amplos. Bastante espaço para malas e roupas. Cama confortável. Tomadas perto da cama. Toalhas felpudas. Persiana que permite escurecer o quarto. Boa Iluminação. Água gratuita. Pontos negativos: Blindex do box/banheira com apenas uma porta (fixa), permitindo que a água da ducha molhe o banheiro. Estacionamento pago. Café da manhã com poucas opções; os ovos mexidos precisam ser feitos pelo hóspede. Check-in ineficiente, burocrático e desorganizado, além de excessivamente tarde (15h).

Large and comfortable room and a very full breakfast buffet. Well located for walking into the town centre.

Fabulous breakfast! Room was very clean but a little dark in the bathroom and horrible hair dryer but very convenient to the train and fairly close to town and walkable. Overall very quaint!
