Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Location was the best! Walking distance to everything! Access to pool and beach clubs was a very nice bonus surprise

The hotel feels outdated for the price. There’s no pool on-site—you have to walk about 100 meters to a nearby beach club, which was closed when we arrived and is quite small. Reception didn’t provide the Wi-Fi password or mention the towels for the beach club, so we had to return to the front desk to get them. Breakfast was okay, but it really should be included in the room rate. Access to the Peter Pan beach club is technically included, but the staff there were rude, and if you want a front-row lounge chair, it’ll cost you an extra 45 euros. Also, note that there’s no elevator.

Excellent location for beach and Cefalu old town - breakfast good, but not much bacon and egg- had to ask for it to trooped up a lot. A noisy club outside and next door. Music DJ until 3am every night and no handle on outside of door to balcony a problem. Roller blinds good, but no curtains and just a voile and shutters was a little inconvenient. Good location and facilities, clean and tidy Room key a little awkward as took a while to work!

Friebdly staff, the lady on reception was very nove abd helpful, she also did the breakfasts service, breakfast had good options for being included. The sunloungers being included at nearvy beach area was really good. Location nice and room was tidy

Great location. Air conditioning in our room wasn’t working well and the coolest the room got was 82F. Website advertises pool but we didn’t see one and when asked staff said it was closed.

Very convenient location with free parking. Free chairs and umbrella for the beach. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Loud music in the bar opposite. The staff at the hotel were great as is the hotel. However, if you want to sleep before 2 am, forget it. So annoyed with this and the incessant drum beat club music that penetrates the hotel room that we were in. Wont be going baçk. There is no pool in the hotel although there is free access to a Lido 100 metres away.

There is no coffee or tea, neither is there any drinking water nor a boiler, the only way to get drinking water is to purchase through reception which is ridiculous. Considering it as a 4-star hotel it is quite old, a light switch is broken and wires inside are uncovered. The sink is also cracked open posing a danger. Air conditioning is very weak and not cool at all. Definitely not worth the price, avoid at all costs.

Chegamos antes do horário do check in e a recepcionista nos autorizou ir para o quarto, ficamos muito gratos. O hotel é antigo e não condiz com 4 estrelas. Boa localização , 15 min a pé até o centro. A principal foto do hotel é a piscina e pasmem, não tem piscina no hotel o que nos deixou bem decepcionados. E foi nos dado um papel para a “praia particular” em frente , não era praia particular, era um beach club sem vaga para nós . Ignoraram o papel e disseram que estavam cheios mesmo com várias cadeiras vazias. Voltamos mais tarde e continuaram dizendo que estavam lotados o que também nos decepcionou. A recepcionista fica ao telefone e nos deixa esperando, sem noção . Ao chegar e ao sair com o carro ela avisa que abrirá o portão da garagem e não abre me obrigando a descer do carro e ir de volta na recepção solicitar que abra. O café da manhã é bom . O colchão duro ( de um modo ruim) e roupas de cama ásperas. Nisso quarto era grande e tem uma varandinha.

Idéalement situé face à la plage de Cefalu, nous avons apprécié le checking dès 13h30 qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la ville et de la plage avec notre voiture en sécurité sur le parking de l'hôtel. L'hôtesse d'accueil parlant très bien le français c'était un plus très agréable pour la compréhension. Après une visite de la ville nous avons pu profiter de transats au Lido Peter Pan pour se reposer après la baignade. Le petit déjeuner était très complet et très bon. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour au calme près de la mer.

The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a variety of different foods to choose from. My only complaint I have is the uncomfortable bed, the mattress is extremely hard. I will definitely recommend staying here.

Sehr schöne kleine Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Personal freundlich. Sauber. Das Gebäude ist allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis aber zu empfehlen.

Great stay here, the receptionist Valentina was very helpful

I want to point out: there are no swimming pool nor hot tub. It was important for me. On another hand, the location is perfect. Short walk from the train station. Mostly, flat. Big grocery store within 600 metras. You can have your breakfast on a terrace, looking on a blue water of the sea. Breakfast very fulfilling.
