L’hôtel est super bien situé dans cette magnifique ville A porté de main pour aller traîner dans le centre ville et prendre l’apéro tapas on vous conseille Nero c’est fabuleux sur la Plaza Mayor Seul point noir l’hôtel est très bruyant et très mal insonorisé 😢 mais sinon TOP

Great location!

Very bad experience. We stayed in the city for only 24 hours, and the hotel room had a strong fried food smell coming through the ventilation system. When we asked for help, the hotel did not solve the problem and did not offer a room change. We had to sleep with the window open in the cold, and there was even a fly inside the room (we have a photo). Later, they informed Expedia that they had offered a room change, which is not true. The staff showed little willingness to help and communication was difficult. They only approved a refund after the complaint, but the discomfort had already happened. Do not recommend.

Das Hotel liegt gleich an der Stadtmauer und die Altstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Check In Vorgang scheint kompliziert und dauert recht lange. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Insgesamt recht klein und man merkt der Einrichtung in Zimmer und Bad die Jahre ohne Renovierung an. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, so dass man den Lärm sowohl vom Flur (sogar vom unten liegenden Restaurant) als auch durchs geschlossene Fenster vom Hof mitbekommt. Wir hatten zwei Betten, die bequem waren. Die Klimaanlage ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sehr leise im Nachtbetrieb. Frühstück ist Standard. Fazit: grundsätzlich solides Hotel in guter Lage, aber keine besondere Empfehlung. Das historische Gebäude kann man auch ansehen, ohne darin zu übernachten.

L'Hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, proprio vicino alla Cattedrale. E' rinnovato nelle parti comuni, ma le stanze hanno uno stile molto vecchio e i bagni andrebbero rinnovati. Alle 8.00 del mattino il personale delle pulizie spostava rumorosamente i letti. Durante la colazione a buffet un'addetta alle pulizie stava scopando il pavimento nella saletta proprio sopra al buffet.

We had a view of the cathedral from our room. Beautiful setting. Lovely room, comfortable bed and excellent buffet. Very helpful staff. Great location to visit city on foot.

Está situado muy cerca del centro y elevado arquitectónicamente junto a restos de edificios de nuestros antepasados. Han conseguido una curiosa combinación de historia y construcción.
