浴室比較小, 只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭讓人困擾 桌子也非常壅擠, 房間沒有多於的空間, 如果有大行李的人不是很方便

The hotel is good overall: friendly staff, good AC, comfortable bed, nice breakfast ( we didn’t like coffee only) , convenient location to the city center. When we checked in , there were a few mosquitoes in the room, so we changed the room and enjoyed our stay after.

La chambre était propre et bien climatisée mais assez exigüe, la proposition de parking en ville est intéressante mais il est à notre charge de trouver une place, le petit déjeuner était bon, varié. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable.

Rent rum. Relativt centralt i Modena. Vad man kan förvänta sog av ett modernt hotell.

The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful...they even offered to take our laundry home to help us (we didn't let them work after hours). The location is close to the train station, and walkable to Modena. The room was clean, and the a/c worked well. The curtain was missing, but the shudders worked even better. The breakfast included meats, yogurt and even scrambled eggs.

Perfekt läge med promenad avstånd till centrum. Så frächt . Hjälpsam o super trevlig personal x. , speciellt Adrian , han kom ut och hjälpte till med väskor mm . Parkering ingick och man fick välja parkering blande de almänna som fanns i närområdet . Adrian var en klass för sig . Bästa servicen .

Room well insulated from noise . Breakfast was the best of any hotel I have stayed. Such helpful and attentive servers. Front desk efficient and polite.Above and beyond in all aspects.

La camera era decisamente piccola per due persone, considerato che si tratta di un quattro stelle. La pulizia del pavimento lasciava molto a desiderare. Al contrario il letto era pulitissimo (con lenzuola bianche di cotone si nota facilmente) e veramente comodo. Il personale è molto gentile. La colazione nella media.

Very welcoming as we enter the hotel however the lift looks OK and the room is the smallest we had on this trip in Italy. The air conditioning is good however the temperature doesn't work properly at all. Wi-fi is OK and the room is a little dark from my perspective while the water pressure is low so it took a long time for the water kettle to be filled up.

L’hôtel est fermée et personne nous a avisé de la situation. Nous sommes arrivés et les portes étaient barrées. Heureusement il y avait une affiche qui disait de voir à l’autre hôtel poutlr les informations. Heureusement notre réservation avait été transféré, mais je ne comprends pas comment on nous a jamais avisé au préalable. C’est un minimum!

Slidt og ikke særlig pænt. Ligger i et lidt skummelt område, tæt på en park hvor flere junkier hang ud.

Saw three staff at the reception; all of them never smiled and were not helpful in providing information on the surrounding area.
