มีปัญหาเรื่องการจองห้องเกือบต้องจ่ายเงินเปิดห้องใหม่แต่ทางโรงแรมตามเรื่องให้จนได้เงินคืนบริการดีห้องพักสะอาดแนะนำเลยค่ะ

The accommodation is good, has access to 3 major Skytrain. Requires a little bit of walking but manageable. Overall it ' s worth the stay.

Really good value for money. Big room, good location, clean. It's nothing fancy and the room shows a bit of wear in some places but for this price range that's not a problem. Very friendly and efficient front office.

Very good budget hotel in BKK with no breakfast provided. Good thing is the 7 eleven is just right next door to the hotel. And it is just less than 10 mins walking distance to Chinese visa application service center. But it is quite a distance from the hotel to BTS Nana station.

พนักงานต้อนรับผู้ชายที่พูดไทยไม่ได้ บริการแย่มาก จองห้องพักตอนจองระบุว่าจะเลือกเตียงคู่หรือเดี่ยวก็ได้ แต่พอถึงเวลาพนักงานคนนี้ไม่ให้เลือก ทั้งๆที่มีห้องว่าง คือจองห้องพักไป 2 บุ๊กกิ้ง แจ้งไปแล้วก่อนไปประชุม โทรถาม 4-5 รอบ ทั้งๆที่บอกไปแล้วว่าประชุมอยู่ และแจ้งบุ๊กกิ้งไปแล้ว แต่เหมือนจะให้กลับไปโรงแรมเพื่อยืนยัน ซึ่งนอนมาแล้ว 3 คืน และจะนอนต่อเลยจองเพิ่ม คือจะล็อกห้องพักดีๆ เราไปได้แต่ห้องแอร์เสีย ทั้งๆที่ไปนอนทุกเดือน!!! เลิกพักที่นี่ค่ะ พอกันที

พนักงานต้อนรับไม่มีมารยาท เอาห้องที่ไม่ดีให้ ไม่ให้เกียรติลูกค้า เสียความรู้สึกมาก ห้องไม่เหมือนในรูป และจองอีกแบบได้ห้องอีกแบบ ไม่ตรงตามไทป์

จองเตียงใหญ่ แต่ได้เตียงคู่ เซ็ง

โรงแรมดีค่ะ และพนักงานยิ้มแย้ม ติดอย่างเดียวคือที่ตั้งลึกมาก แต่มองอีกมุมสงบดีค่ะ

ประตูเสียงดัง ห้องข้างๆเปิดปิดดังมาถึงในห้องจนตื่น

What's going on with the AC, it works as a fan! Very hot! I was very sweaty for 3 nights when I was there! Not recommended!

Resepsionis sangat ramah dan proaktif menanyakan jika kita butuh sesuatu. Lokasi hotel sangat strategis persis disebelah 7-11 24jam cuma sedikit jauh kalau ke BTS.

Sangat memuaskan, karena receptionist hotelnya sangat ramahh dan sangat membantu Apabila saya ke bngkok lagi saya akan kembali lagi kesini
