Pool closed already at 8:00 PM. No parking available after 7:00 PM, so we had to pay €30 for public parking despite being told it would cost around €3. The room was small, humid, and smelled of sewage from the bathroom. I recommend choosing another hotel if you're staying in this town.

Her får man mye for pengene. Utmerket service, renhold og god luft på rommet. Rolige omgivelser legger til rette for god søvn. Rett ved Carcassone-festningen.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. Air con in the room was great, I enjoyed having a balcony (room 208), the pool area was lovely and breakfast choice was good. A bonus was the use of a water cooler/hot water machine in the corridor. Very close to the castle area.

Prachtig hotel gelegen op 50m van de burcht van Carcassonne. Beperkte parkeergelegenheid aanwezig.(Op tijd daar zijn!). Propere kamers met alle comfort. Zwembad met ligbedden aanwezig. Excellent ontbijt en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Aanrader restaurant in de burcht: Saint Jean 😋

Très bon séjour à l’Aragon, chambre propre (merci aux charmantes dames de ménage), emplacement idéal, piscine et climatisation qui ont rendu nos 2 nuits parfaites malgré la canicule. Petit déjeuner buffet varié avec notamment gâteau et crêpes excellents. Personnel agréable (notamment au petit déjeuner). Je recommande !

Beau séjour chambre avec la Clim super ! Belle douche italienne p’tit dej copieux et très bon ! Au p’tit soins pour ma femme suite à une demande particulière (lait végétale ) je recommande

The room was very clean, comfy beds, lovely bathroom, hot shower. Great continental breakfast, wonderful team. Very friendly.

Nähe von der Altstadt, Schwimmbad war sehr schön. Sehr freundliches Personal Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Einrichtung war jedoch älter und zeigte auch etliche Gebrauchsspuren

A great find and fantastic value for money. Dont be put off by 3* rating as staff couldn't be more helpful, location is prime for the Citie.

Charming small hotel. The most lovely, friendly & helpful staff. Great breakfast overseen by really considerate staff. Fab location. No tea making facilities in the room but there was a water fountain in the hallway providing chilled & hot water for drinks.

Rien à dire sur la propreté et le service. La situation de l'hôtel par rapport à la cité médiévale est excellente. Mais la personne qui nous a accueilli le premier jour a parfois une communication un peu rude et la qualité de la literie est médiocre, beaucoup trop molle pour un bon confort dorsal.
