我特意預訂了 這家面向布里恩茨湖的酒店的旅館，住了兩晚。 房間夠大，床和枕頭都舒適， 淋浴間房很方便，應有的都有, 符合一般標準及氣味非常好的沐浴露，洗髮水和護髮素。樓下有餐廳，餐廳的擺設很可愛, 喜歡太陽可坐室外, 怕風的可坐室內, 餐廳侍應們都穿著飄零燕的山匿服飾, 舒適溫馨, 食物美味。 整間旅館的設計就是典型的瑞士阿爾卑斯風格的木構房子，全部由木頭製成，卻沒有那種其他客人走過會聽到的木板噪音，非常舒適。旅館位置都算方便, 位於布里恩茨湖沿岸, 從布里恩茨車站拉著行李走20分鐘平坦路可到達.

Lovely with a balcony and the best view. My room was directly above a busy restaurant/bar. However, it wasn’t a problem

Nice place to stay for a few days by the beautiful lake. There were lots of flies around the breakfast spread which was not that good. The room felt very hot in the night even with open window.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Hotel staff was very accommodating and the room was immaculate. We had a view of Brienz lake and it was breathtaking. I would love to stay here again in the future.

This is a nice, old-fashioned, family-run hotel close by the lake shore, and about ten minutes walk from the rail stations and boat pier. Staff were nice and friendly and the hotel is clean, and quite basic - there was a good breakfast. A good option for anyone who wants a simple stay.

Das Hotel war toll. Wir hatten ein Zimmer über uns und das knarrte dann ziemlich wenn da jemand rumlief. Das war etwas mühsam. Leider hatte es beim feühstücksbuffet keine frische Früchte, nur so ein fruchtsalat, der einem nicht so anmachte.

My wife and I like to stay in small towns. We do not like fancy hotels and big cities. We like to have a place we can anchor from and then enjoy the journey. Hotel Brienz was perfect. First the area is amazing. The staff is great. Family owned and operated. You are 1 hour from Luzern, and Bern. 40 minutes to Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. 20 from Interlaken. 2 3/4 hour train ride to Zermatt. Hotel offers a very nice and complete breakfast. Rooms are very clean. The bed was a little hard but the staff went out of their way to bring me other items such a pillows, blankets to make it more comfortable. They genuinely cared. It is not a new property, but it is very well kept. Keeps the charm of the area. Wry quiet and the views are stunning. Great hotel. Great staff, great access to the wonders of Switzerland.

Brief overnight stop. Decent enough room for the price. Not fancy or “corporate “ but the bed was a comfy single ( should have asked for another pillow - my mistake ), shower was hot and powerful enough and reception was polite and efficient.

No mini fridge..I'm a diabetic and need my insulin refrigerated..

Location wise, this could not be better. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was nice. The restaurant in the evening has a good selection of Swiss traditional dishes - otherwise you can cross the road and go to Loewen (which belongs to the hotel as well). Note that for late night check-in you need to call them so they can leave your room key in a safe box at the main entrance (dead easy).

Je ne comprends pas la note de cette établissement. Le seul point positif est la localisation. Sinon l'établissement est vieillot et surtout le niveau de prestation ne justifie pas le prix payé! Déjà, quand dans la chambre, on ne donne qu'une bouteille d'eau de 50 cl alors que c'est une chambre pour au moins 2 personnes. Ça annonce la couleur. Pas de café, pas de thé mais surtout pas de bouilloire d'eau et quelle ne fut pas ma surprise en voyant une bouilloire à la réception avec l'information suivante: 3,50 CHF pour une tasse d'eau chaude! C'est vraiment une honte! Rien que pour ça, la note de l'établissement ne devrait même pas dépasser 2/10. Les photos sont trompeuses, on pense qu'on va prendre le petit déjeuner avec la vue sur le lac....que nenni, le buffet est dans l'autre bâtiment avec zéro vue, juste une simple cafétéria. Le petit déjeuner est juste correcte avec un temps d'attente à la machine à café de plusieurs minutes. Franchement payer 250 euros pour une chambre et une prestation comme ça, c'est de l'abus. Je ne recommande pas. Mais la tasse d'eau chaude à 3.50 CHF est une attraction à elle seule car il faur le voir pour le croire

The hotel was right across the street from the lake. Delicious breakfast and great location in a beautiful, quiet town. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if in the area I would stay here again!

friendly staff and fair breakfast, But there is several location of this hotel our room was across the street and the room was old, i felt like the bed was a prison cot. small and thin and uncomfortable, the shower and bathroom was fine.

Too overvalued we didn’t like this at all
