Bed was clean however rest of the room was not. Toilet had skidmarks all around the bowl, shower had mould/dirt all throughout and had loose screws sticking out of the wall. Shower had minimal water pressure and had two settings. Freezing cold or nuclear hot. Wardrobe rail was broken so could not hang any clothes up.

Stayed at this hotel the other day. It took 15 mins of ringing the bell to get in. My room booked wasn’t available and only had a room with no window or bathroom. They had to clean communal toilets once I was checked in just to make it acceptable. Room had no towels which I had to go ask for myself I would avoid if anyone is booking in future

This was a very convenient and reasonable priced hotel for a 1/2 night stopover. The rooms are small but have everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom small but clean. No breakfast provided but there are plenty eateries in the area , a nice pub - The London fields nearby and a cafe around the corner. The reception manager was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was clean beds comfy and clean towels. It's close to a tube station which is handy for Tottenham and getting in to central London. With takeaways and local shops nearby

The place was a dump! There was no toiletries or tea or coffee making facilities or even remote for TV in the room. You couldn't fully shut the windows and the view was of the roofs of nearby buildings. There was supposed to be a TV in the room, but no remote! There was a screw sticking out of one of the drawers and there was just a bottomless pit of a hole in the sink with all water being like warm regardless of which way you turned the taps or now long you left it for. With regards to the tap, there was permanently spray coming from the tap so everything got wet whilst I was using it and the pressure was constantly fluctuating. There was also the shower that was so tiny I could barely get in let alone move around and the shower head was stuck on the wall facing it so all the water just ran down the walls. And if that wasn't enough I also had hazard warning tape on the tiles in the bathroom near the toilet and the entire bathroom was so small if you leant forward when sitting on the toilet you banged your head on the shower! There was only enough pillows for one each and they were so firm and hard it was like a bag of rocks. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable laying on a plank of wood would have been better! Also due to this I now have a severely bad back. I am also disabled and there was no lift or facilities to help for the disabled. If all that wasn't enough I have been extremely ill since leaving and I know that I have caught something from that hotel! DON'T GO!!!!

The staff were very kind and helpful, the actual hotel isn’t far from the tube transport but it was a bit difficult to find, its right next to a petrol station which helped with locating it, the locking and unlocking of the room door with the key was a bit stiff and the door handle was a bit loose but it still locked and was safe. I would stay again :)

The hotel, is situated in the middle of Hackney. Close to shops restaurants and cafes. Good bus service to local areas .15 minutes from Hackney Central.

While the staff were nice, we were greeted with some hostility as our payment method hadnt gone through on the online booking, however noone from the hotel had attempted to contact us regarding this, so we were unaware this would be a problem as we could pay on arrival according to the website we booked on. We were made to feel as though our booking was at risk because of the payment "issue" and having travelled from up north we were worried we would not be able to find anywhere to stay on short notice. However the situation quickly changed to be that the room wasnt ready because they were too busy (check out is 11 and check in is 3pm so plenty of cleaning time for such a tiny establishment). It felt like an excuse for being behind on cleaning and the blame was conveniently pushed onto us due to the payment method. Very small room, no working lamps, no working tv, terrible water pressure in showers and taps, incredibly hot and no lift available. Staff were friendly though, which is the only saving grace.

We stayed 3 nights, staff were very friendly. Hotel is clean with comfortable beds. Good location, bus stop is round the corner and London Fields overground is a 5 minute walk away and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

Parking instructions lacking

Owner was kind and tried to help. Very soft bed, bed lights not working, shower not working well, easily hear the other guests and when the doors slam, the compressor turns on every 5-10 second which can clearly be heard in the room is stayed in. It was super warm, and I only had a fan blowing the air around. Neighborhood was okay, but the hotel was placed in a small yard/through a gate which at first was a bit difficult to find.

There was a mouse in my room. Overall condition of accomodation was grubby. Would not recommend.

Very dirty rooms. I asked to be moved from the 1st room given due to the layers of dust everywhere. They moved me to another room, which was slightly better but still below par. The room was cold. Hotel very noisy, poor sound proofing. I literally got no sleep. They advertise free parking, but charge £20 per night when you get there. The pictures do not reflect the rooms. They are extremely small. I didn't even want to use the shower. I left at the earliest opportunity in the morning. I slept on top of the bed with towels as they were the only clean thing in the room. I dont usually leave negative reviews, however I was very disappointed with this stay. Although its a budget hotel, there should still be a minimum standard. Only positive is the location is in easy reach of everything.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cette hôtel. La chambre est trop petite, la salle de bain minuscule avec la cuve des toilettes collé au lavabo. La cabine de douche petite. La chambre est très chaude, bien que le chauffage était éteint. Je pense que la cuisine de l’hôtel est dessous. La 3ème nuit, nous sommes entrés à l’hôtel à 2h30. La chambre était très chaud comme un sauna, le chauffage était allumé et très chaud. J’ai voulu fermer le robinets du radiateur mais le robinets était cassé. J’ai demandé à la réception d'arrêter le radiateur il m’a dit que le chauffage s'allume automatiquement. Nous n’avons pas pu dormi avant 5h00 et il fallait libéré la chambre avant 11h00. J'avais demandé à la réception si je pouvais sortir à 12h00, ils m’ont dit de payer 10£ l'heure. (Aucun geste commercial) Les têtes d'oreiller étaient jaune. Le support de la télé cassé, elle va bientôt tombé. Pour le parking, j’ai payé 20£ par nuit (60£) pour garer la voiture. Je pensais que j'allais me garer dans une place de parking mais l’hôtel n’a pas de parking. Ils m'ont fais garer la voiture devans l'entrée. Franchement nous avons eu un mauvais séjour.

Stayed here due to location and carpark (which we were then told was an extra £20). Hotel room was up two flights of stairs (no lift offered). Once entering the room, you could clearly see that this room had not had a thorough clean for a long time…. Even finding a pair of someone else’s dirty underwear under the bed side table. 1 coat hanger, between my husband and I…. but No pole in the wardrobe to hang it on. Some questionable stains all down the backs of the bathroom door, the bin was completely rusty, there was no kettle, or even any cups to pour our own drinks into. Drawers were bashed up, and to top it all off, the view outside the window… at eye level, was a poor homeless persons set up! Not pleasant for either of us! Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.
