酒店号称历史酒店…很旧！公区（大堂、走廊、楼梯）还不错，但是房间设施太旧了！衣柜嘎吱嘎吱响，桌子摇晃不稳，地毯残旧不堪。洗手台在卧室，同一个房间，因为卫生间只能放下一个无法伸展的马桶和淋浴间….如果你见过中国农村，就是这样。床还比较舒服，睡着了就感觉不到屋子的残旧。

The hotel is historic, classic, everything is good. Just the beds have noise when i move. Staff are friendly.

Amazing guest services starting from checkin, every day greetings and excellent breakfast options. The hotel staff was so nice that they arranged surprised balloons and cake to celebrate by daughter’s birthday. Eleanora at the front desk was very kind in making us feel at home! We have a magnificent mountain peak view from our room and this hotel is just minutes away from train station, restaurants and stores.

Gorgeous view, perfect location, very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was amazing. I'll recommend to everyone I know who's visiting the area!

Great views from the room and helpful staff, only issue is the steep uphill walk, if you have a lot of luggage ask for the pickup from the station, while the do charge for it you will be thankful you did that!

My family and I really enjoyed the family suite for 3 nights. It was quiet and private, and spacious enough for us 5. The beds were very comfortable. We had a mountain view, which was just fantastic. We enjoyed the music at night, and could listen to it via our balcony. It was very pleasant and never bothered us. It ended before we retired each night. We enjoyed the daily breakfasts and 2 dinners at the hotel. The staff was so pleasant. The food and wine was very good. It exceeded our expectations. We got to know them, and they worked very hard to please us. Same with the office team. I would stay here again. The hotel has an "old world" ambience about it, which we enjoyed. It was a very relaxing stay. PS: it was extremely easy to reach on foot from the train station. We did not have the van shuttle us.

Absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were super friendly and make you feel like family, the restaurant is delicious, great location and you'll fall in love with their dogs. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, amazing food , amazing views, amazing service!

Older classic hotel charm in Wengen with stunning views of the Alps. Cozy adjoining rooms for our family with great breakfast offerings with very friendly staff and guard dog, Charlie! Short walk to the train station and town center.

Wengen is a hidden gem and this property was fabulous! I stayed with my 4 kids on the top level, which was a space with 2 rooms and a loft. We had plenty of sleeping space and magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are cute shops and fantastic restaurants in Wengen. Hotel Falken offered a nice breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful to us during our stay.

Beautiful location. Make sure you arrive before the last train from Lauterbrunnen leaves before midnight to go up to Wengen. Love the car free town. The view from our hotel was amazing.

The hotel is well mantained, very clean and rooms are antique but chic. It match very well with the area and is located in a hill overlooking the town and the mountains. The service was great! I hope I can go back in the future.
