The service is not so good. Check in time and our room is still not ready. Many staffs are standing at the lobby but instead of helping they are making a hard time for customers by falling in line all the time.

Place was good, staffs were accommodating. It 's just that, their comfort room ' flush ' doesn't stop whole day, they tried fixing it several times but to no avail. I wish there we also more options in their food menu.

Had a great time, brought 11 family members to view attractions, food at restaurants was great also, after they all left for the day, my fiance and I had a wonderful time in the Aqua room, I just wish the light in the aquarium would stay on at night.

I booked for Bay deluxe room, but we arrived too early and our room wasn't available for early check in. We where offered to upgrade our room to Executive room and only adding 4880 as upgrade fee. We where no longer charged for early check in.

We had a great stay in the hotel. My kids love the big aquarium inside the room. Very relaxing, we really enjoyed our stay! We'll be back for sure!

View from my room was excellent especially I can see the sunset and it's very beautiful, the room and all the facility was great. Will be back soon to stay in here again 😁

The hotel located in manila ocean park area and near interesting spots in Manila. The bedroom is very unique, it has big aquarium wall. Stayed here for business. I wonder my daughter would be very happy to stay in this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Staff were so accommodating and welcoming. Hotel was so clean and hallways smells so sweet. We will surely come back again.

You can walk to the Habour View restaurant next to the hotel and enjoy great seafood there. However, the deodorization at corridor actually has the reversed effect. It smells uncomfortable.

Had a nice time with my family. The discounted tickets for Ocean Park offered by the hotel was really nice, we saved quite a good sum.

Accommodating staff. Clean room, beddings neatly arranged. Housekeeping is very responsive to inquiries and requests. My only comment is the smell along the hallway leading to our room, but overall, our stay is enjoyable and worth the price paid.

Soup serve were cold on breakfast. Service needs improvement specially when we ate. And the rest of the hotel im very satisfied.

We've had a great experience staying in Hotel H2O for 2 nights, the weather was bad and stormy though but Hotel staff made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The bed was so comfortable. We booked for the Parkview room however there was no room available, the hotel staff was courteous to offer us the Aqua room .... I feel that it was an instant birthday gift from me =) Thank you for that =) I find the place very relaxing with the the swimming fishes in the tank. Good thing also, they have free parking. Overall experience was awesome

Bed is nice. Food in Makan Makan at lunch is great. Try their pad thai at lunch.

Overall the stay was great, the staffs attitude was very good, very polite and greets you whenever they saw you. However the room assigned to me was force to change due to lock problem, the new room assigned to me was not so satisfactory as the water from the shower will spill out due to the shower room door. As for the breakfast buffet, the food not really fantastic but the courtesy of the staffs makes up the difference, the restaurant staffs was very polite and courteous. Therefore i highly recommend its a must stay when you visit manila.
