Nice staff. Pool and shuttle to the airport costs extra. Hard, old madrass in the bed, but nice and tidy room. No restaurants nearby, but the staff helped order takeaway.

Platsen är helt isolerad och långt från någon restaurang eller café, det måste finnas en bil och det finns ingen restaurang på hotellet om du vill äta eller frukost och pool för varje 7 timmar.

Ne payez pas le petit déjeuner au moment de réservation, payez juste le prix d’une chambre. Sinon ce n’est pas pris en compte et ils vous demandent de le payer sur place encore une fois.

Det sto presentasjonen av hotellet at det var treningsrom på hotellet, noe det ikke er. Det var heller ingen fasiliteter på rommet som feks vannkoker.

The amenities listed on the booking website don't natch what the hotel actually has and the lack of fan for air circulation made sleeping impossible.

La habitación muy bien Muy lejos del transporte publico Todo lo cobran, dicen en la presentación del hotel que tienen piscina sauna y jacuzzi pero no me dejaron entrar a conocer si no pagaba por cada servicio o sea que no está incluido, pedí una cuchara y me toco comprarla

Overall the hotel was very good quiet location, bus stop a few minutes walk, food was good. Staff were lovely and helpful, shower in room 102 was broken the shower rose had no holder so you couldn't stand under it. Bed sheet too small for bed. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

This was a nice place to stay with helpful, friendly staff, and a comfortable room albeit a bit worn. You really need to have a car here though as it is a little bit out of the way in a residential area.

Problème avec la piscine et le sauna qui sont indiqués sur le site comme un service et qui semblent inclus. À l’accueil, il disait avoir fait le nécessaire pour faire changer cela et m’a demandé de m’adresser à expédia directement si je n’ étais pas contente. Finalement, j’ ai payer pour 2 heures 7 euros. Dommage car l’endroit est à 10 minutes de l’aéroport et même s’il n’y a pas vraiment de navette, vous avez la possibilité de demander un taxi pour 8 euros. Le centre de Kraków est à 20 minutes avec une ligne directe.

We decided to leave after the first night, even though we had paid for two nights. The hotel room was OK (as long as you didn't look out the window), but we had discussions about extra charges for a 3rd bed and for breakfast, even though we had reserved it in advance, the hotel management was quite rude, the hotel is located far away from everything and the surroundings are not very pleasant. We had picked the hotel because it is quite cheap and has a pool (which costs extra to use!) - but we decided to move to another hotel near the center of Krakow.

Et fantastisk godt ophold på hotel Daisy, hvis man ikke forlanger luksus, meget hjælpsomt personale og en god pool til børnene.

Um es vorweg zu sagen - das Hotel könnte eigentlich OK sein. Die Lage ist, wenn man mit Auto anreist, nicht schlecht. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem City-nah. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein Schwimmbecken im Haus (für das man auch als Hotelgast extra zahlen muss!). Allerdings nutzt all das nichts, wenn man nicht das bekommt, was man bucht. Wir buchten ein Doppelzimmer, ausdrücklich auch mit Doppelbett. Bei Ankunft wurde uns in rauem Ton mitgeteilt, dass keine Doppelzimmer verfügbar wären, ja das diese schon vor Monaten ausgebucht waren. Auf unsere Nachfrage, wie das denn wohl sein könnte, gab es die unfreundliche Empfehlung doch Expedia anzurufen wenn man ein Problem hätte und das es natürlich keine Möglichkeit von Refund oder Ermäßigung, geschweige denn irgendeine andere Art von Entgegenkommen geben würde. Einzige Möglichkeit wäre, eine niedrigere Zimmerkategorie, allerdings ohne Ausgleichszahlung oder Ähnlichem, zu wählen. Alles sehr unerfreulich, aber wir entschieden uns der Einfachheit halber trotzdem dort zu bleiben - das wurde mit 3 Tagen fehlendem Zimmerservice und Verzicht jeglicher Höflichkeiten wie 'Guten-Tag-Sagen' des Hotelpersonals quittiert. Ganz sicher fahren wir nie wieder in dieses Hotel! Und auch über diese Seite würde ich kein Hotel mehr buchen!

Other than the beds being very hard it wa Fab an we would go again. My son loved the pool and sauna, shame the Jacuzzi was broke though. Really clean quiet location.
