工作人員很熱情，早餐食物豐富，在自己的陽台看夕陽不用人擠人超完美

Very good service and Breakfast. Super good mattress for sleeping. The reception lady Hara did a good job for delivering the bouquet of flower which I prepared for my wife! The only improvement is the whirlpool did not get the water hot enough. The technician seem have no idea about how to get water hotter, indeed after his adjustment, the water turns cooler. We didnt have a chance immersing in the hot water and enjoying the best Oia Sunset view.

Overall excellent, the breakfast can use some improvement though.

房間陽台就可以看夕陽，早餐普通，但不適合風大時候去，陽台沒有可以遮風的地方。

飯店的位置5星，服務4星半，設施4星。沒有預算也不挑剔服務的旅客為首選。因為在山腰，所以必須聯絡好接機送機，飯店人員會安排運送行李，多花一點小費可以省掉很多不方便。不建議經費有限度的客人。大致大說，非常方便，景觀好，值得住兩三晚再換別的飯店。

酒店住宿条件很棒、服务很贴心、观景的位置极佳，我还会去住。

會有人幫忙把行李搬到房間不用擔心,飯店晚餐的位置看夕陽也很好,但針對房間來講,其實CP值實在不算高,房間有一股霉味,設備略顯陳舊,浴室的浴缸有裂縫會漏水到外面去,在浴缸裡洗澡時水也無法排出,重點是沒有熱水!!!頂多就算是溫水而已,洗完澡全身冰冷一點也不舒適!和前台反應她們說太晚了找不到人來修,剛開始也不願意幫我們換房間,說沒有房間了,還說漏水並不危險,小島上的飯店設備本來就比較陳舊,再一次反應沒有熱水,水也沒辦法排出浴缸才勉強願意幫我們換房,但換的房間明顯小很多,卻說是同等價位的房間,anyway,此次住宿經驗非常的不愉快!真的要慎選住宿!

風景太好了,但相對的離公車站就會比較遠,房間的床墊有點斜斜的,可能需要更換了,另外入住時發現按摩浴缸壞了,通知服務人員2次卻都沒來處理,到第二天再次通知才來處理.

看日落位置佳

We stayed here for two nights in May 2014 as our original hotel was full. We felt lucky that we have stayed here as our room was so lovely with the best sunset view in Oia! If you plan to see the famous sunset in Oia, you would never be disappointed by this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful esp Nicholas! We can feel his heart and hospitality. The breakfast is lovely. We had a pleasant stay here. Their food was good that we didn't need to bother to go out for food at night. The only drawback is there are some stairs to the hotel which may not be friendly to those senior guests. Also the jaccuzzi water in our room was cold that we are unable to enjoy it.

有很棒的海景，非常優秀的地點，不出房門就可以完整地看到日落。飯店服務人員非常的熱誠與親切，我兩夫妻有很美好的蜜月回憶。

I normally don’t do reviews but this was a great experience hence giving it. They gave a free upgrade to summer suite which provided a great view to the sunset. The staff was excellent, breakfast was included and was decent (however they do require notifications of breakfast items in advance). The only issue (which we didn’t face but can foresee) is hotel location - it is not accessibility friendly, so it is likely very hard for people in wheelchairs, older folks with joint issues etc.

We loved our stay in Santorini! The hotel and caldera view were perfect and the service and staff were so lovely - they really went above and beyond to be helpful make our stay memorable.

Everything amazing

Fantastic location and views!

Our stay at Fanari felt like a fairytale. The cave villa was very spacious for our family of 4, and we equally loved the sun deck with dramatic views of the caldera and sapphire blue waters below, and balcony with perfect sunset views. Perched high above Amouddi Bay, Fanari is also ideally situated in Oia, past the crowds, but just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had a great recommendation for a Catamaran tour. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

The views are breathtaking, most beautiful place we have stayed in Santorini! The staff is so accommodating, kind and helpful. We traveled with 3 children and they loved is as well.

Amazing views from the room we booked. The staff was very friendly and always made sure we were good. They made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

A really unforgettable experience, the views are the best of Santorini, the Staff got an A+, Thomas and Costas went out of their way to make us feel special, the food in the restaurant with the sunset are one of a kind, a really great experience highly recommended to everyone
