For the record, the only thing that was really great was the employees. They are all so warm and friendly, they'll give you a big smile every time they see you. Although the room was clean, it looked like the rooms you see from downtown hotels that weren't' renovated since prehistoric age lol. The things inside were old. It's kind of creepy thou. It wasn't what I expected. I'm happy to inform you that the bathroom in our room was big but, sad thing was they only provided us, one small bottle of shampoo-conditioner and a single box of dental kit. And when we opened the box it had one used toothbrush in it, it was disgusting! The service? Well, the restaurant made us call them twice to ask for a corkscrew and a wine glass. The worst part was, they never gave us our request. The food? Not worth the price. I swear, i'm not exaggerating but really, the utensils were old and disgusting. Good thing kfc, mcdonalds, jollibee, and greenwich are just a few blocks away - well, that's a plus right? Overall, I would not really recommend the place to anyone. There are far better hotels than this place for the same price. We are never, ever, ever coming back.

Very affordable and yet you feel you are not short-changed. Hotel Staff very accommodating and courteous. They would make you feel an important guest even if you stayed in the cheapest room.

Very spacious room and complete amenities. WiFi was excellent and staff were very friendly, however me and boyfriend didn't like their buffet breakfast.
