Kayla was wonderful at check-in!!!

I enjoyed staying in this place because it was clean, quiet, awesome full breakfast and the staff was excellent!

Good location

Service was great however we were unable to actually sleep for a a couple of reasons. The room 220 is above the entrance in which the doors open and closes all day and not as much but still used throughout the evening. You can hear it. As well as the person staying above us was very heavy footed. Breakfast was nice and staff were very friendly. While the accommodation was affordable we will have to seek a better place for our next trip.

We were attending a concert locally to the hotel. The shuttle they provided to the venue was great. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good!

Bath tubs need additional grab bars for safety & bathtub skids for safety Kleenex needed for rooms

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My one concern was that the bath tub/shower is very unsafe. Only one grab bar poorly placed, tub is slippery. I was very afraid of falling. My son in law in another room did fall in the tub. His feet went out from under him. Thankfully not hurt he had a fractured femur/surgery 3 months ago. Could have been devastating. Please add grab bars and change cleaner that does not make surface slippery.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very convenient and we had a handicap room for my father who is in a deities and it was nice. Unfortunately the shower was a bit of a problem because water spilled out all over the floor. It was a walk-in shower. The shower needed a lip around it. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. My parents appreciated the shuttle service that was free to the casino nearby.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Transportation was convenient. Breakfast was excellent!

I like the location of this hotel very much. Close to all our favorite casinos Has an excellent restaurant next door. Along with a D D The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice and cordial. We did find the bed to be hard By the pillows were great

All staff friendly and welcoming. Every inch of hotel is spotless ! So clean ! Appreciated that! Room was large and bathroom was immaculate as well! Will definitely stay at one of your hotels again!

Great staff quite room

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The check-in was just OK due to the training of a new employee who took an inordinate amount of time to complete the registration. However, the manager stepped in and helped to facilitate the process. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Convenient

Went to show at Turning Stone and had great stay. Shuttle was so fast and easy to use to get back and forth. Cost so much better than Turning Stones room rates.

Excellent staff and their kindness; nice breakfast and easily parking. The fitness room is too small with limited space and equipment. Hope the fitness room could be updated.

Helpful and friendly staff and shuttle bus to casino is a plus. No issues here I would highly recommend them
