能夠機場接送真的很方便，只是已告知抵達機場時間，還要到處找人打電話聯絡後才過來，實在蠻不方便

客房寬敞整潔，距離機場只是10多分鐘車程。職員服務態度很好，早餐雖然可提供的選擇不多，五款選一款，但質素不錯。

Everything is good and clean. The hot tub would be nicer if the water can be hotter and it was very windy at the night time on the rooftop.

這次旅遊在Acclaim Hotel住二次，因為在機場附近搭機方便而且有接駁車，飯店設備雖老舊但還過得去，第二次住雙床房很困擾，整夜有好幾次機器啟動的聲音，大到影響睡眠，真的後悔沒有反應讓自己睡眠品質那麼糟…

還不錯，住宿環境蠻寬大，離機場很近，就是附近吃的不方便，其他都OK

Good,but the facility are old

This place is a perfect jumping off or returning place for a holiday. All the amenities you need and a great park and fly service. Staff are great, friendly, relaxed and efficient.

Very quiet comfortable hotel with friendly, effective staff. The price was reasonable, and the restaurant joined to the hotel has great food. Would definitely stay here again…as well, nice and close to airport with good shuttle service.

Room was clean and roomy. Any staff we talked with were great.

Half the hotel is closed for Reno so a bit odd and annoying with only one elevator and not total access to all floors or areas.

This place is comfortable and convenient for an overnight layover. The room was clean. The bathroom has a walk in shower, which we liked. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and the hotel only give 2 bottles of water and 2 breakfast vouchers, but the breakfast was good and we paid for 2 other breakfasts. We had Uber Eats delivered to our room for a late night dinner when we arrived, which worked very well. Tim Hortons and Wendys are close by. The shuttle to the airport goes every 30 minutes. I would stay here again.

It was nice and clear

The hotel is under renovation. The renovation area is being managed great. It is isolated well and the rest of the hotel is finctioning well and is very clean. The gym here is great. Be cautioned, breakfast does'nt start until 6:30. This is not how the world functions in Alberta.
