这家酒店很棒，服务周到快捷。入住和退房都是数字化的，行李寄存也很安全。早餐也很美味。酒店提供往返关西机场的班车，酒店附近有临空奥特莱斯购物中心，步行约15分钟即可到达。

地理位置非常优越，靠近新桥和道顿堀...房间大小是日本 HTL 房间的平均大小，所以住 2 个人就足够了，如果住 3 个人就太小了。工作人员有点凶，而且不笑。他们会帮您从酒店寄送行李箱，但如果您想从 7-11 便利店寄送，也是可以的。推荐给那些优先考虑位置的人。

Well located, very near to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi area, also very near to MRT station, just remember to make sure of the hotel name, since there are 3 hotels in a nearby location with the same first name.

It's only a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori! The room is much bigger than every budget hotel in Japan. This hotel is cool, you should try!

Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi adalah salah satu hotel terbaik yang saya dan suami inapi selama liburan di Jepang. Area dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, area Dotonbori, dan juga yang terbaik adalah sarapannya enak bangettt! 🥺 Jadi kangen huhuu.

The location of the hotel is second to none. It's in the center of Shinsaibashi's shopping area. The distance to the station is also only around 3 minutes. A convenience store like Family Mart is only separated by a cafe. One unique thing happened on the day that we checked out. At that time it was raining, and we wanted to go to the station carrying big luggage, so we were standing at the front gate. Out of nowhere, there was a staff of the hotel that offered us umbrellas. Not just one, but two, and it was for free. The cons: - We were given a smoking room despite I booked a non-smoking room. - The AC in the room is connected to the Central Building's AC, so because when I stayed there it was still considered winter, the central AC is set to heater. So imagine we stayed at a smoking room with the heater on. I will consider staying in this hotel again on my next trip.

This hotel has a perfect location, very close to MRT. Located in the nice neighborhood of high-end stores, the area felt safe and comfortable. The room is somewhat a tiny bit bigger than typical Japan city hotel rooms. No complaints and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shinsaibashi.
