The hotel room is spacious. The hotel restaurant serving breakfast is very impressive, in terms of variety of foods and decoration. Front counter customer services shall be improved. Some of them are not that helpful. The hotel is far away from any MRT station. I need to travel by DIDI to and from the station.

Hotel was easy to find, cleanliness of the room was good, if they refilled the bath soap &shampoo in timely manner and consider changing the peeled off wallpaper would be perfect. Location near attraction sites, which was helpful, also mrt station within walking distance. Need to have more English speaking staffs would be great

So far oke untuk hotelnya, bangunan lama tapi masih dirawat. Cuma tuch jarang jauh dari shopping center seperti beizing lu. Padahal di petanya dekat tapi ketika navigasi jauh. mohon diupdate tuch peta, menyesatkan.

Cukup bagus kamarnya dan lokasinya dekat pusat belanja di beijing road

Room: I got a river view room but the window is so small that I couldn't enjoy the river view. The room is so smelly, probably because of the old furnitures and the air conditioner also there is not air circulation into the room. The room is so dark because there aren't enough lamps. Staff: the staffs were so bad, no one really understand english even the receptionist, and try to communicate we them was super difficult issue. They even didn't understand "small towel" is, and also they even couldn't understand how to change the TV language from Chinese to english. Location: the only good thing with this hotel is the location near the river, and about 1km from beijing road.

Food not good and service not perfect

Hotek cukup bagus dan bersih, lokasi cukup bagus ada danau tidak jauh dari hotel, kalo malam cantik karena hiasan lampu, sayang agak .jauh untuk shopping, kami naik taxi ke beijing road.

Lokasi baik, kamar cukup bagus, mudah juga ke Beijing road, dekat keramaian, semua OK lah.
