Reception was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and well appointed.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was spacious and well clean, and the bed was comfy. Although we had a problem with air at first in the room but staff managed to have it fixed. It has a balcony as well. It is within walking distance from Milan central station. There is a kitchen where you can cook some light meals. The hotel has elevator

The receptionist is very kind and welcoming. We were upgraded to Junior Suite room (we booked standard room). (+) The room was sooooo spacious (+) There's microwave (+) The toiletries was complete (+) There's tv sofa, bathtub (+) Near to Milano Central Station (+/- 500m) (+) balcony (+) free flow coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby (-) It was a little old hotel, not your minimalist type of hotel (-) there's stair connected to attic but there's nothing in the attic as I stayed, sooo when you speak in the livingroom section your voice echo (-) the alley a little bit quite so I have to walk faster while reaching the alley (not a long one though)

got a free room upgrade. so good and clean. Have to walk about 500m to metro and central station in within walk distance.
