Honestly, this was my 1st time staying here. I booked this hotel because the bottom has a mall so it is easier of you want to buy things, its very convenient. The shops and the happening food is quite close by such as bakehouse. However, I was surprised that the lobby to drop us off is through a basement and a car park. I wasn't expecting this because it is Hyatt. But again, its a small thing and no big issue, overall I love staying here.

Room is very clean and specious, especially toilet is very big. I love rain shower so much. I would recommend to stay this hotel. If you love shopping at K11 mall, you can walk by connecting MTR way.

Waktu check-out tidak bisa memanggil taxi karena ada demo jalan kaki ke MRT untuk bisa sampai ke bandara.

staff friendly, good location.

Saya menginap selama 5 hari. Waktu check in saya diminta uang deposit sebesar 500HK$. Saya pakai CC saya, tapi ternyata bukan deposit sebesar 500HK$, yang didebit sebesar 665USD, dengan jumlah yang kalo dikurs di rupiah sangat jauh sekali. Saya sudah telepon pihak bank, tidak mungkin kalo charge HK$ akan ditagih dengan HK$ tidak dengan minta uang yang lain. Ketika saya check out saya tidak sama sekali memakai mini bar. Jadi harusnya garansi dibalikin. Sampai saya Jakarta, saya telepon pihak bank ternyata hotel belum membatalkan deposit saya dan mereka masih bersikeras memakai kurs HK$. Saya sangat kecewa dengan hotel ini karena tidak profesional sama sekali, dan saya harus membayar biaya mahal atas kesalahan staff mereka, tidak sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini.

Lokasi strategis, mal dan stasiun MRT ada di bawah hotel. Hanya saja menu breakfast tiap hari sama.

Kamar baik, bersih dan lokasi sangat strategis. Hanya kurang petunjuk untuk menuju lokasi;petunjuk hanya ada di mal ke11.
