Hotelnya bagus, amenities lengkap disediakan di lobi tinggal ambil sendiri sesuai kebutuhan 😁, lokasinya pas di sebelah pintu masuk subway Oedo Line E 12, dan di seberang hotel terdapat 7 eleven, nampak Skytree dari hotel, lingkungannya tenang agak sepi karena bukan daerah wisata namun tidak jauh dari kuil Sensoji maupun Tokyo Skytree 😊

The staff was very helpful, the location is not downtown, but near Skytree Tower and I can see the tower from my room, very near Ryogoku Station so I can go to Shinjuku in one line, far from Narita Airport, closer to Haneda Airport. The temperature of the room was still hot although I switched off the air conditioner.

Lokasi hotel berdampingan dengan stasiun kereta, sangat strategis. Dekat dengan dua convenience store. Staf front office sangat terbatas sekali dalam berbahasa Inggris. Kamar cukup untuk dua orang, karena ukuran kamar cukup compact, untuk jumlah orang lebih dari dua, sebaiknya pilih yang lebih besar jika memungkinkan. Harga kamar affordable. AC atau pemanas kamar tidak dapat di-switch dari kamar, hanya bisa diatur suhunya.

Had to extend my stay 3x and not even bother looking for a different hotel because you got 1 bill room worth.

All was good, ask for a Skytree view room. The room was amazing, service was good, and the location was really quiet.

Room is okay, just old. Aircon only has 3 levels, clean, and the staff is supportive. You need to take 2 trains to go anywhere in Tokyo, not so convenient.

Good stay. No complains. Except maybe for coffee. They only provide tea. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff at reception. Convenient location. Right next to train station, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven. Great restaurants just a short walk away. Special mention for Ichikatsu Restaurant, family favorite katsu. The room was cleaned every day. AC and Wi-Fi were great. Beds were comfy. Rooms were a good size. The 2-bedded twin room for the kids was more spacious than our queen bedded one. Awesome view of the Tokyo Skytree and sprawling cityscape from the rooms. The ice dispenser at the common area was handy. Yay. Free shuttle to Disney. Book early. The free shuttle back to the hotel was at 9:45 p.m. Too late for us. We took the trains back. Tried 1 hotel breakfast. Decent, but there were better options outside. Directly opposite the hotel was a small cafe run by an elderly couple that served good coffee and breakfast toast/sandwiches. Sumida walking map at hotel lobby. Had a good early morning walk along the Sumida River to Ushijima Shrine, Tokyo Skytree Tower, and back for breakfast.

It was a good location hotel in Ryogoku, Sumida city. We had a nice view of Tokyo Skytree from my window. We booked two rooms 1830 & 1832 as family trip of 4. However, it seems that my daughter forgot her 👖 in the room 1832. If the hotel found it, please let me know.

Nice hotel, we stay for 5 days, no complaint so far.

The Air conditioner is to hot.

ห้องพักดีมาก ทำเลใกล้รถไฟใต้ดินมาก เดินทางสะดวก มีมินิมาร์ทตรงข้ามโรงแรม มีโทรศัพท์พร้อมเน็ตให้ยืมใช้ฟรี และข้อดีมากๆของที่นี่คือมีรถบัสรับส่งไปดีสนีย์แลนด์/ดีสนีย์ซี ฟรี!! ถ้าเดินทางโดยใช้รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน (metro) จะถือว่าสะดวกมาก ประตูทางออกรถไฟฟ้าอยู่ติดกับประตูโรงแรมเลย แต่ถ้าใช้ JR จะเดินไกลหน่อย ส่วนข้อเสียของที่นี่คือ ไม่มีน้ำดื่มฟรีให้ ซึ่งปกติโรงแรมทั่วไปควรมี มาตรฐานที่นี่ถือว่าอยู่ในระดับ 3 ดาวบวก-4 ดาว

Good hotel, great breakfast. Yummy, near station, nice free shuttle to disneyland and disneysea
