Cami ten at the front desk was great. Helpful and friendly!

The rooms were lovely, roomy and clean, our favorite place to stay in savannah.

Found a dead cockroach in the room, on the floor. Front desk switched our room right away, this was around 9pm. We left to go hang out, got back around 1. I showered and saw another dead cockroach on the bathroom floor as I was getting out the shower. I packed up and left immediately at 2am. Truly disappointed.

This hotel was perfect. Mostly all the employees were very friendly except one bistro staff young lady. The location is awesome, essy access to and from the riverfront and historic sites. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent except when we left at 6 am before breakfast times, nobody was able to give us a paper bag with a croissant or danish and a fruit.

The staff was amazing! That definitely helped make my birthday trip seamless.

Tutto nella norma, ma abbiamo riscontrato la porta del bagno non funzionante, nel senso che si incastrava e aveva una maniglia con dei chiodi che uscivano fuori anche pericolosi infatti mi sono tagliato

Room entrance door would not open. It was out of alignment. My wife didn’t have enough strength to close the bathroom door. It was warped. The glass shower door wouldn’t close all the way. It was out of line. The first day it rained, water came in from somewhere and flooded about 6’ of carpeting. They issued us a different room. It was perfect. I think we deserve some sort of rebate. This was a terrible inconvenience.

Property was nice and enjoyed our stay. Did not eat at restaurant on site, but did notice outdoor seating was not as pictured on line. Breakfast was a nice bonus to have included with room price. For what we received thought cost was very reasonable. It is walkable to a lot of places & some places were too far for my husband to walk. Very close to old town trolley #1 & 8 which we enjoyed. River street we did walk to but was several blocks away. Would recommend this hotel for your stay in Savannah.

Very nice and convenient.

The property definitely needs some updating to its rooms. The shower was dirty. It was extremely hard to get in and out of the room. The door handle was constantly stuck. I had to try three and four times to get in and out!

Location was great, but they charged my card 3 times with different amounts each time. They fixed the error

The rooms were neat, clean, and lovely with a big and spacious room. The spa was really warm. It was a quite decent hotel and the breakfast was better than other hotels.
