Feels great from check in service. They gave a us a room that can see the old town. Quick access to the old town from behind the hotel. Parking is free and within hotel secure premises.

Parador 时时都不会出错。有特色。服务好，房间大。

Flott opphold på fint hotell. Oppgraderte til rom med utsikt og det var som å ha et levende bilde på rommet. Rommene var rene og fine, men med behov for litt modernisering. God frokost, men savnet litt større utvalg av varme retter, yoghurt og gryn.

Exceptionnel ! L'hôtel, l'accueil, les chambres, tout était parfait... Nous avons séjourné à 4 pendant 2 jours et avons pu tester le restaurant le soir... On s'est régalé. Le petit déjeuner était également très copieux et frais. L'emplacement est super pour aller visiter le centre historique et tout cela avec une vue magique sur la cathédrale ! On a hâte d'y retourner. :)

Pour un 5etoiles pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière dans la chambre ! Pas de bouteille d’eau non plus. Plus un niveau 3 étoile . Établissements vieillot. Climatisation bruyante

Hôtel bien placé dans la ville, équipement et petit déjeuner très correct (car plusieurs fois déçu des soit disant déjeuner continental dans des hôtels 4 étoiles que j’ai pu fréquenter dans cette ville) et la chambre très spacieuse et confortable ; recommande fortement

Staff generally unhelpful and no management available. No coffee making facility nor welcome water in room despite very hot weather. Breakfast – hot food described as à la carte but actually stewed buffet delivered by staff. Staff slow and difficult to attract. We waited 10 minutes before coffee was brought. My scrambled egg was disgustingly off (clearly bad eggs/s) and the first mouthful nearly caused me to vomit so I had to spit it back to the plate. Never happened to me before in all my travels. The waiter took it away and returned 10 minutes later with the same plate AND contents but with “fresh”eggs. The eggs seemed ok but the rest was cold and probably tainted with the bad egg. We left breakfast immediately. That is just not right. We fulfilled the remaining 2 days of our stay without breakfast even though the nearest coffee place was a stiff 20 minute walk to town. No opportunity to complain to a manager – otherwise ok.

Beautifully renovated character hotel. Charming and quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly they were excellent ambassadors for Parador

Staff unbelievably rude ,close to physical abuse from cafeteria waiter my wife went to room in tears the way he shouted at us, when I complained to hotel manager he said staff member was having a bad day!!!! This is a true and honest account. Which I will expand on social media and head office of Paradors Spain. Breakfast ok but Sunday hot food not on show and Chef serving small portions all very odd,. All in all horrible experience at Parador Salamanca ,which is a beautiful city.

Large spacious rooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful even with our poor spanish. Definitely recommending the Paradores to friends and Family. Last but not least, you can't beat that view.

So pleased to choose this place for short Salamanca stay. Large comfortable room and super friendly staff. Cathedral view wlpicture perfect and 20 minute stroll to old town. Would i return ? Yes for sure. Most liked ? Parking and View. Anything not to like? Restuarant service somewhat regimental and meal not the best. Regardless enjoyed stay lots, great choice for Salamanca

Big rooms lovely hotel

Um dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei em termos de conforto e bons serviços. Quarto confortável e com excelente custo-benefício. Café da manhã excelente e só faltou uma Nutella. :)

A spacious and comfortable room, easy onsite parking. The cafeteria staff were very helpful when I arrived just as they were closing, good service!

Adoro a rede parador. Esse hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa da cidade antiga de Salamanca. O hotel é perfeito. Café da manhã delicioso, só errei de ficar uma noite. Estacionamento grátis para quem está de carro. Todos os hotéis da Europa agora tem sabonete líquido, mas nenhum chega aos pés da qualidade e cheiro maravilhoso da rede parador.
