Trevligt och fint rum 514 bra balkong. Trevlig städpersonal, sämre språkkunskap, men vad gör det. Bra frukost buffé Bemötandet på natten, då vi anlände var otrevligt!

L'hôtel est bien en soit mais il ne faut pas tomber sur les chambres qui donnent sur les livraisons et les moteurs de climatisation à cause du bruit surtout avec les livraisons du matin...

Las vistas desde la terraza de la habitacion son maravillosas. Habitacion y hotel muy limpios y tambien muy silenciosos (en octubre)

The hotel was very friendly clean the pool area was also very clean and tidy, The food at the hotel was really nice and a big variety.. really enjoyed my 3 days and higly reccomend this hotel

This was our second stay abd we were pleased with the whole package from food to staff.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel All-in formule zeker oké. Alles was altijd goed aangevuld en lekker. Hygiëne kon beter. Op ons badkamer zaten er nog oude spatten van tandpasta op de muren. Toilet liep ook uit langs de onderkant. Maar voor de rest was de kamer proper en net. ‘s nachts was er wel veel lawaai op de gang door de mensen die ‘s nachts uit waren geweest. Is wel spijtig dat je daardoor wakker wordt gemaakt.. ‘s morgens ook wel heel vroeg lawaai. Dus de nachten waren soms wel kort op zo een manier.

Eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Die Dusche lief aus, das Frühstück war vielfältig, aber nichts besonderes. Personal sehr gut! Der Pool war super, aber nicht früh genug geöffnet. Der große Parkplatz ist kostenlos aber nicht befestigt. Kam man sehr spät zurück, dann gab es kaum freie Plätze.

Netheid is in orde. Vriendelijk personeel Zeer tevreden.

This is not a 4* hotel, it is 3 stars at most. Overall, yes, I had a pleasant holiday at BQ Belvedere, but there were some things that let it down. Cleanliness was okay but lacking in detail - grime under the bed, under the sink and ants and silverfish in the bathroom. But what was worse was the appalling attitude of the restaurant and bar staff. Very rude, passive aggressive and generally unhappy to have to serve anyone. Customer service beyond the reception team was significantly lacking. Although I would go back to Palma, I would NOT stay here again!

Die Unterkunft war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für uns um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Das Abgebot ist reichlich aber nicht abwechlungsreich. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas älter und sehen dementsprechend aus. Trotzdem war alles sauber. Es gab einen großen Parkplatz.

Beautiful hotel, stayed B&B and the choice for breakfast was amazing, menu at pool bar very reasonable and tasty too! Theres a bus stop right by the hotel & only 2 euros into Palma and there's a free shuttle bus to Palma Nova as well! It is located up a big hill with lots of steps which I didn't mind but those less mobile would struggle..the same if you had pushchairs.
