One female receptionist was quite rude. I lost something quite valuable and was going to ask her whether it turned up in the lost and found. Although she was not with any other customer, she refused to help. She cut me out straight after I said “Excuse me…” and it was not like she could not speak English. She referred us to her colleague , who was clearly busy with our check-out process, in English. I was already quite anxious that I lost my thing and to be treated this way is really uncalled for. She could not even have shown the courtesy of letting me finish my sentence. I have traveled a bit and never have I been treated this way by any hotel receptionist, let alone one would have expected a better service from a 4-Starred hotel receptionist. Highly disappointed!
遇到了一位非常不友善的櫃檯人員。我掉了一樣還挺珍貴的東西 所以想向她問說是否有人撿到。即使當時她並未在服務其他客人,她非常不耐煩地打斷我的詢問要我直接找她身旁的同事 (這位同事正忙著幫我們Check-out電腦Keyin找錢印收據等)。這不太像一個4星級飯店櫃檯人員應有的態度。
