We are lucky to be upgraded to a very big and comfortable room with beautiful sea view! There are different functional rooms we can visit. They are so great! However, the breakfast has little choice with only bread,cold cut food and fruit. It's better to have some hot food like eggs, sausages.

Awesome place

Lovely castle hotel overlooking the sea and harbour, right at the top of the old town. Excellent comfortable bedrooms with lovely bathrooms and excellent shower. Superb breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Really helpful friendly staff at reception and in the cafeteria and breakfast room. Oh and there are some rather special Rubens tapestries and other amazing antiques in this ancient and venerable building!

Delightful property in a wonderful location. Room was cozy, but nicely appointed. The gentleman at the front desk was superb.

breakfast was good but it is disappointing they do not offer any dining alternative, only a very simple "cafeteria" with few deserts and drinks closing at 10pm... this is a hotel to sleep only

Experience of staying in a parador is a privilege. Breakfast selection was excellent and staff were really helpful. Room was spacious with an amazing view. Location in the heart of the medieval quarter was memorable.

El parador tiene dos problemas: está en reformas entonces tiene trabajadores y polvo por toda la recepción y el resto de la planta baja, que esperemos se solucione pronto y el otro que no le veo solución es que carece de un restaurante. Si queréis comer algo hay sitios pero a unos diez minutos caminando y si hay lluvia se complica. Es el primer parador que visito sin restaurante, para un hotel de esta categoría terrible

フロントスタッフのホスピタリティは素晴らしかったです。ホテルの部屋も広くて清潔で、また宿泊したいホテルです。 我々の部屋の窓からはサンセバスチャン空港から飛び立つ飛行機や、対岸のフランスの町並みも見等ことができる、最高の部屋でした。 お勧めできるホテルです。

何もかも素敵でした。

Nous avons bien apprécié le bar avec une coupe de Cava et ses accompagnement, dans un décor superbe. Le barman etait tres sympathique et compétent. Un bon moment pour nos 26 ans de mariage.

Vilken bar?!? MYCKET lyhört rum, varje aktivitet i badrummet på våningen ovanför hördes som om vi var där...

到着日が市民マラソンと重なり、最寄り駅からホテルまで小一時間歩きましたが、早めのチェックインにも快く対応していただきました。朝食会場がやや手狭ではありましたが、追加オーダーの卵料理を美味しくいただきました。フランス国境の眺め、中世にタイムスリップしたような佇まい、素敵なひとときを過ごせました。

Beautiful property, has so much character and perfectly situated for walking into the old town, restaurants and bars. The reception team were so welcoming and helpful, would definitely recommend.

A really nice place to stay, very relaxing atmosphere only a quick visit, but well worth seeing, good hotel.

A magical place - loved staying in a castle!!
