The hotel is needing some updating and I was disappointed in the state of the furniture and the smoke alarm went off at 5 am stating low battery. We called front desk and there was not to much concern. After travelling by car for 10 hours and in a deep sleep, it was unsettling. Luckily I had extra batteries, but we did have to go and ask for replacement batteries that evening. The breakfast was fine and a variety, but they had run out of a few things.

Clean room, staff were helpful and the complimentary breakfast was a plus :)

Breakfast was really good. I just dont like the AC in the room. It was too loud cant sleep properly. But the facilities and staffs were good.

Stayed for a tournament in the area, during Stampede- as expected it was super busy all weekend but the hotel & staff were great! Room was clean- AC thermostat kept kicking off, and would stop working, mostly in the middle of the night. That was annoying but maintenance was quick to respond during daylight hours. Breakfast was fine, nothing to get excited about. Dining room was kept tidy throughout and was big enough there were always tables even when the crowds were in. Pool had extremely heavy use, but remained in a good condition and the hours for pool use were terrific, allowing families with smaller kids to get in some time when it wasn't so busy. Gym is adequate, did the trick for the ones who didn't want to miss a day! We will be back!

We loved the stay here. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was clean and perfect. The swimming pool amenities were the highlight though and it was really great.

It would be nice if there was a bigger variety of food for breakfast and if breakfast hours were extended to 10:00 every day. Daily room service needs improving.

Staff was overly helpful and pleasant. Clean rooms and goof breakfast variety.

Great breakfast included has pool and weight room and also hot tub. Only negative was other patrons didn’t respect the 10pm quiet time , due to lacrosse tournament..

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The waterslide is fast and fun with big splashes. Breakfast has a great selection and offers bacon, scrambled eggs and sausage. Beds were super comfy and the shower was so relaxing. It is now our family's go ro vacation spot.

Clean room and great breakfast!

First time staying at this hotel and I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Calgary. It was easy to get to from number 1 highway ang easy to get back in the next day. Room was clean and comfortable, quiet and a safe area to leave your car

The room was extremely quiet which was wonderful. Our only comment really is that it’s time to do some upgrades. Carpet and couch both showed their wear

Nice overall, problem was kids were allowed to run constantly through the halls from 8am till 1030pm. Wierd parents weren't parenting. Hotel staff wasn't doing anything about it. Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms were clean. Descent amenities.
