I can honestly say this is the number 1 all-inclusive hotel and resort in Turkey after 35 years of travelling to Turkey. The staff are on another level no matter what their duty is in the hotel. The food is wonderful and just so much to do.The comlete experience was fantastic, what a holiday!

Great accommodation. Lots of options in the buffet! Did not get bored! Lots of activities to keep kids and adults entertained! Great venue!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was exceptional. Our spa experience was also wonderfully relaxing. We would like to extend special thanks to Komang, Tennur, and Gozde, who were extremely cooperative throughout our spa sessions. Special mention to Speedy photographer for his efforts and service despite bad weather. We highly recommend this hotel for a family stay.

Our first stay at the Hilton in Serigerme, hotel amazing, service brilliant, drinks on offer great quality, food very good with several different restaurants on offer.

Great place to stay with wonderful facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately only 1 restaurant is included in all inclusive which was a bit disappointing. Wish they had a breakfast only option

The food and cocktails were bot so good and the hotel in general just felt very old and the beach towels were of low quality.

Yemeklerin lezzeti ve çeşitliliği ve özellikle et yemekleri ve ızgaraları gerçekten çok güzeldi. Türk tatlıları (sütlaç, baklava, şöbiyet) enfesti. Deniz öğlene kadar sakin, öğleden sonra genellikle yosunluydu. Havuz ve restoranda yetişkinler (adult) için ayrı yerler olması bizim gibi çocuksuz aileler için çok sakin hizmet almamız sağladı.

Too much mosquitos. Everything else was good for the price.

Huge hotel. Feels very American corporate. Nice art school but had to pay extra. Good buffet and good service. Felt it lacks some charm

Not as good as previous years, our mini bar hadn’t been fully stocked on arrival and wasn’t fully restocked afterwards, we had to request extra tea and coffee. No slippers in one room, just silly niggles but not the standard we have grown used to. Overall our stay seemed a little less luxurious to previous years, thinking of going back in August and hoping for improvement. Food was good and the kids had a great time just us picky adults!
