上午9点到的公寓，前台说正好有房间，只要等30分钟清洁完毕就可以入住，并不需要收取额外费用。一卧室公寓对我们两个人来说就象家一样，应有尽有，来英国第一次做了晚餐。很好的入住体验。一切近乎完美，唯独客厅的沙发入座舒适度欠佳。

洒店位於大型購物中心傍，鄰近有便利店及大型超級市場。 近Albert Dock，有巴士站，但離Liverpool Lime Station較遠，步行約需時10-15分鐘。 酒店接待員誠懇有禮，樂意為住客提供額外服務及解決問題，令人賓至如歸。 房間整潔，間格四正實用。只是厨房略嫌細小及光線不足。如能在厨櫃下安裝電燈加強光線，效果更佳。

地點很好，服務態度很一般，book好了雙人床，但床墊一高一低，但他們說全間酒店都是一樣，幫不到手，5天住宿換來腰痛，但地點都很方便.

房間夠大, 廚房設備齊全, 落地大玻璃窗, 光線充足. 1/F的房間有門可步行出露台! 感覺像家一樣. 但洗手間的暖管沒有開...

The apartment had surprising details: enough hangers, bedding, bin bags. Tye staff are super friendly and helpfull. I will look out for then in tye next city I visit.

Perfectly situated for anything in the city centre, it was a 10 minute walk from a car park and 14 to the Liverpool Empire. Loads of places to eat.

Good venue for exploring Liverpool , good local facilities and excellent staff.

Hired 2 of the city duplex? 8 berth apartments for a stag doo weekend. It comfortably slept 12 of us and was a perfect base camp for the weekend. A small balcony space for if you have smokers in the group. All the facilities were well kept, but i recommend bringing additional tea/coffee, as you only get a few Nespresso pods for a provided machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central too for places to eat/drink and shop. And not too far from tourist attractions. Only drawback was the aircon in one apartment (29) wasnt working quite as strongly. Overall, great stay for small groups!

The location of this property was about the only good thing. We booked this apartment to be able to do laundry during our stay. The laundry machine washed our clothes fine, but did not dry them even after multiple 2 hour cycles. We left liverpool with damp clothes that ended up being smelly the rest of our trip. The shower was gross and hard to operate. I would recommend finding a different aparthotel to stay in.

Great location close to Liverpool One and super accessible, will stay again

The customer was excellent. I had brought my elderly aunt to Liverpool to do the Beatles tour and they went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. Everything was clean and in working order and the location was ideal for all the sights of Liverpool. Would definitely recommend.
