Immer wieder gerne. Mittlerweile der 4. Aufenthalt in der Anlage. Ordentliche Bungalows mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Regelmäßige Reinigung und Wäschewechsel. Übersichtliche, nicht zu große Anlage. In Gehentfernung zu zwei Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungszentren. Frühstück mit 10€, auch für Kinder , nicht gerade günstig, aber zu empfehlen. Pool und Whirlpool sehr sauber. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade in Playa del Ingles. Restaurant -Tip: El Velero. Günstige Menüs.

Gehen regelmaessig ins Biarritz und sind immer begeistert. Die Zimmer werden vorzu aufgefrischt und Wuensche berucktsichtigt

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, muy cuidado. Lo único es que el bar cierra a las 5 de la tarde, hay una máquina de sólidos y líquidos pero con muy poco producto.

Great resort. Friendly and attendant staff. We complained about the bedside lamps. The very next day a handyman came and installed new lamps. That's good service.

We have had such a great stay cordial Biarritz! We will come back one time for sure.

Don't think we've had a better stay in Gran Canaria. The place is fantastically located close to all the best places in Playa del Ingles. With the pool, mini golf, tennis and pool bar we had everything on-site we needed. The apartments are charming and comfortable, and good air conditioning!

Det är andra gången vi bor här under en längre tid. Tyvärr har boendets standard försämrats. Vår första bungalow var vi tvungna att flytta ifrån på grund av massvis av kackerlackor. Den andra var det mindre kackerlackor i. Städningen var nästan obefintlig. Den första bungalowen vi bodde i var väldigt sliten med mycket sprickor, slitna möbler med mera. Lakan byttes väldigt sällan. Det positiva med boendet är poolområdet med varm pool.

Great place to stay. Convenient for the beach, Cita centre and Yumbo centre property was nice and clean and the environment around the resort was well maintained and quiet.

Excellent beds, space, outdoor terrace. Multiple air conditioners. Gym is tiny and the private trainer doesn’t allow any guests to use the equipment. Definitely the worst gym experience I’ve had from a place. Wifi is ok, but not always suited for programming or remote work. Though I still haven’t find a good place for remote working.

Stayed several times before - love this resort. Had a power outage this time lasting several hours and their was zero communication from the property- when they knew there was a problem affecting multiple properties - which was at best disappointing

Really enjoyed the stay but was a little disappointed that you had to pay more for the air con as the ceiling fans didnt help too much and the one in the bedroom was a little noisy. Other than that, it was a really lovely place to stay and so well located it.
