For 4 adults, the accommodation is sub standard. There were 3 stools, a 2 seater sofa and we had to bring the outside furnishings inside to sit at night. The kitchen is not fit for purpose either. Very disappointed.

Fantastic accommodation. Great facilities + value for money

I was perfect, the housekeeping Agueda was very nice, good job and very respectful, we never had any issues with cleaning or everything in the bungalow Resort in general was a very nice place the big beautiful pool, the restaurant had different meals and drinks to choose.

Kackerlackor på nedervåningen. Kvällsbuffen är inte bra. Helt torr och smaklös kyckling och tonfisk Inga smaker i nån mat. Diskhon är placerad under trappan så det är väldigt svårt att diska. Man slår i huvudet Frukosten är ok. Poolen är varm och stor. Finns alltid solstolar.

Great hotel. I love the pools. The best thing was their customer service. From checking in to the staff at the restaurants, all amazing. I would not travel during the hot months because there is no air conditioning. The bungalows have fans on each floor. It was comfortable but I don’t know how it would feel in the summer. Everything else was great.

The hotel is clean and the pools are lovely temperature. There are always enough pool loungers and a range of drinks in the bar. The food is available during certain times and is ok but I would recommend eating out for more variety. The rooms were fabulous for the price but the beds were two singles pushed together that constantly came apart and weren't too comfortable, however we did really enjoy the stay and it is a bargain price for a good location too!

Kjedelig sted egentlig, ikke helt fornøyd med mat og underholdningstilbud, så vi søkte dette utenfor andre steder.

Struttura ben fornita e organizzata. colazione top. cena buona, solo un pò ripetitiva. Messa a disposizione una stanza per cambiarci e stare in piscina prima del check-in. Solo una nota negativa: avevamo chiesto delle bag per colazione il giorno del check-out visto l’orario presto ma, nonostante la conferma, non hanno preparato nulla e non hanno dato motivazione.

In unser Appartement wurde im Erdgschoß eingebrochen während wir im Obergeschoß schliefen. Insgesamt wurde Bargeld in der Höhe von € 750,- gestohlen. Die einzige Hilfe die wir an der Rezeption erhielten war die Bekanntgabe der Adresse des Polizeikommissariats in Maspalomas. Wir blieben ohne Unterstützung und vom Hotelmanager kam lediglich ein "sorry" mit Händedruck. Das Hotelvideo wurde zwei Tage nach Aufnahme des Tathergangs (Dauer in etwa 3,5 Stunden) ohne unser Beisein angeblich besichtigt. Die Schiebetür war trotz innerem Versperren von Außen zu öffnen. War bisher 3x in dieser Hotelanlage, da ich diese toll finde und für mich als Golfer eine perfekte Lage hat. Ob ich nochmals ein Zimmer buche ist relativ unwahrscheinlich. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Ottima struttura situata in un'ottima zona turistica. Perfetta anche la piscina riscaldata. Bungalow efficiente dislocato su due piani, di cui zona notte e bagno al piano superiore. Da migliorare solo la pulizia delle camere che ho considerato troppo superficiale.

Luogo molto tranquillo e spazioso con due piscine di cui una riscaldata . I bungalow sono ben attrezzati , pulizia discreta , il cibo non manca mai ma un po’ ripetitivo ,in generale pochissimi dolci sia colazione che cena . Nel complesso consiglio il resort

Très joli complexe de petits bungalows. Très confortables, très propres, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. Jolie décoration. Petite terrasse. Deux belles piscines avec beaucoup de place autour. A une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la plage de Maspalomas, il y a une navette. Juste que, comme toujours, le calme dépend de vos voisins...

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet endroit magnifique. Personnel d'une extrême gentillesse.

Välplanerad lägenhet i relativt bra skick. Undantag för duschutrymmet med mögelangrepp i taket. Bra med takfläktar på båda våningsplan. Städningen var 5 stjärnig med vänlig, hjälpsam personal. Jättefint poolområde. Stor uppvärmd pool med plats för alla. Gott om solstolar och stora ytor så att man alltid kunde placera stolen i soligt läge. Läget på anläggningen är lite avsides,men det går gratisbussar både till Maspalomas och Playa del ingles. Taxi är fortfarande billigt.
