房間很大,酒店好美,有很大浴缸,各方面都很好 酒店內有各種不同設施,游泳池,健身室,酒吧,餐廳,放映室

酒店感觉很舒适整洁，距离议会大厦步行十分钟就能到达；停车需要另外收费，房间WIFI不理想，晚上总是连不上，房间里信号也不佳；厨房虽小，设施齐全，还有洗衣机，适合一家人度假

整体感觉很好，我住的是2房，空間很大，只是第一晚時差的關係，第2天中午2:30才出外，卻發現門外放了便條說3:00pm後没有清㓗房間服务，所以我即時打去前台要求清潔。但最后回來發覺卻没有清理房间！有点失望

酒店位置在市中心，离内港和维多利亚省议会大楼步行10分钟左右，周围很安静，提供厨房及炊具，床很舒适，停车场就在楼下负一层，唯一不满意的是房间内的洗手间无门不方便，在旺季入住价格偏高。

Very clean and comfort hotel. Worth to stay there for your vacation. They provide every kitchen tools for you cooking at room. 2 bathrooms in different style is quite suitable the family stay. The location is just near to downtown, you can take a walk around there so easily. Anyway, I love this hotel so much! I think I will choose again for my next visit to Victoria, Canada.

Loved having a full kitchen where we made 50% of our meals. One bedroom allowed some privacy between the two of us. The main room with the pullout bed was used by the second person and it was very comfortable. Pool great to do lengths. Location fabulous. 5/minute walk to the downtown area. 20 minute walk south to the ocean. Parking cost high but very convenient for in and out trips. Our room on the 6th floor beside the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Didn’t use the terrace or balcony as it was cold at the end of Feb but would be delightful in the warmer months.

Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby and surroundings. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was spacious and bright with all the windows, nice balcony. The bed was comfy.

Lovely place to stay

Honestly, probably one of my favourite all-around hotel experience. The one bedroom view suite with a king sized bed was beautiful and well-appointed. The lobby with the koi pond is stunning. Staff were friendly and attentive. The little breakfast place in the lobby was great - good food at a reasonable price. And the location is really convenient for getting to all the sights in downtown Victoria. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Parkside. The venue is gorgeous; like bringing the outside in. I loved the Koi pond. It was so relaxing to sit by it. The suite was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed overlooking the Koi pond from our own patio. The pool was great; quite large and warm. Spacious hot tub as well, though a little bit on the hotter side so was hard to stay in for too long. I loved the in-room washer/dryer machine; was so handy and an all in one machine. Heated flooring was very nice after a shower. All sorts of kitchen details to cook your own meal even an ice tray provided. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the room’s fireplaces unfortunately. I would suggest adding instructions for those, the washed/dryer, and dish washer. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Very cool to be able order pizza and ice cream right to your room. We had a lovely chat with the hotel manager, Casper. You have hired an exceptional employee. It was mine and my daughter’s birthday and he was so kind to us. To add, it was great to see the location is very accessible to disabled or elderly individuals. Including an walkin shower with hand rails and fold out chair in the shower. The attention to detail in ensuring a great stay did not go unnoticed. Overall was a really great stay, we absolutely would stay again. Highly recommended.

Love this hotel. Love the amenities. The lobby is so beautiful from the lighting to the koi fish ponds….such a retreat. Nice 25m pool. Gym has lots of nice equipment. The roof top terrace for enjoying s’mores is such a treat. And the theater was fun also!
