房間很大,酒店好美,有很大浴缸,各方面都很好 酒店內有各種不同設施,游泳池,健身室,酒吧,餐廳,放映室

酒店感觉很舒适整洁，距离议会大厦步行十分钟就能到达；停车需要另外收费，房间WIFI不理想，晚上总是连不上，房间里信号也不佳；厨房虽小，设施齐全，还有洗衣机，适合一家人度假

整体感觉很好，我住的是2房，空間很大，只是第一晚時差的關係，第2天中午2:30才出外，卻發現門外放了便條說3:00pm後没有清㓗房間服务，所以我即時打去前台要求清潔。但最后回來發覺卻没有清理房间！有点失望

酒店位置在市中心，离内港和维多利亚省议会大楼步行10分钟左右，周围很安静，提供厨房及炊具，床很舒适，停车场就在楼下负一层，唯一不满意的是房间内的洗手间无门不方便，在旺季入住价格偏高。

Very clean and comfort hotel. Worth to stay there for your vacation. They provide every kitchen tools for you cooking at room. 2 bathrooms in different style is quite suitable the family stay. The location is just near to downtown, you can take a walk around there so easily. Anyway, I love this hotel so much! I think I will choose again for my next visit to Victoria, Canada.

We loved our luxury suite. It had a lot of great amenities. This was my 5th time staying at the Parkside and the service is always top notch.

Having the two full bathrooms was a great item as that it allowed my wife and I to both sprawl. The room was immaculate. We enjoyed eating our meals on the balcony overlooking the koi pond multiple times. It was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. My own family aren't as nice as the front staff was. They made several recommendations for things to do and experience and actually cared about our thoughts and opinions upon our return. We will return to Victoria and we will definitely return to the Parkside. It is impossible to ask for a better experience.

The Parkside Hotel was great. Wonderful location- friendly and accommodating staff. Parking was convenient. I will definitely stay there again!

Great spot, kids loved the fish, and the free bike rentals were a nice perk. Only thing we didn't like is that the AC was disabled for "environmental reasons", this should be on the listing. (Tip: check the breaker)

The property was amazing from the lobby with the Koi fish ponds to the pool and hot tub! The room was great with a nice patio to sit at and enjoy the views of the park across the street. Having all the amenities in the room (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, etc) and the washer/dryer combo unit was really handy. Onsite spa and especially the onsite coffee shop and free bike use were great bonuses as well, but the main thing that set this place apart was the staff! To mention a few specifically, Bryana, Ben, Ayano, and Solamae were truely amazing! Always friendly and smiling and super helpful with everything from were to eat to how to get around town. Overall a perfect 29th Anniversary get away for my wife and I. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Victoria!

The rooms are a bit tired. Paint touch ups don’t match the original colours, mattresses are very old and soft and the curtains don’t close properly so it’s bright in the morning. It’s not very soundproof- you can hear chairs dragging across patios above your room. For the price, it’s certain there’s better value elsewhere.

Great location. Nice to have the kitchen and two bathrooms while traveling with kids. Highly recommend!
