The receptionist, a Caucasian woman, was extremely unwelcoming upon check-in. There was no smile or greeting from her, and I had to initiate the conversation myself. We had booked three three-bedroom apartments well in advance, with a specific request to be placed in the top section due to elderly guests. However, the receptionist seemed indifferent to our request, simply stating that they could only do their best to accommodate us and that the resort was fully booked. Throughout our stay, the resort was not even crowded, and several apartments near ours were vacant, which made it feel even more unfair and frustrating. The resort is outdated and dirty. Ovens are half work, walk in the bathroom has water damage and the carpets were filthy. Not going back there for sure.. we'll looking somewhere else for our next family gathering.

Overall, the location was pretty good, and the apartment was neat, clean, and with all amenities. As our apartment was on the ground floor, we had sleepless nights as the continuous noise was coming whenever the guests above our floor were walking or talking. We did make a complaint to the reception; however, there was nothing that they could have done.

Silverwater Resort, location is on the fringe of San Remo a short drive to shops & restaurants, location wise is quite good. Service was good and friendly. We didn't use the facilities due to the weather was a bit cool, so no chance for swimming. Room comfort yes or no, we expect a bit more in a resort meaning furniture expecting a bit modern and comfy mattress but nothing we experienced also the carpet is so worn out, we didn't realise they don't do house keeping so no top up for toiletries, if ran out we need to purchase ourselves, this is very new to us. If we stay in a Motel they usually top up toiletries and house keeping daily. cleanliness is ok. Yes, we did have breakfast and dinner. Breakfast mushrooms and sausages were so dry apart from those the rest were ok, not much exciting just the usual stuff. Oh dinner we did try their seafood pasta & chowder, presentation were not great, very ordinary and very disappointed. We thought we upgraded ourselves to stay in a Resort but we regretted that we didn't stay in a Motel, would save us some money. Honestly we wouldn't stay there again.

Shower left a lot to be desired. Room was very cold on arrival. Otherwise room was clean. Disappointing not to get a beach view. Plenty of activities onsite. Resort is spacious.

The room had great views and was very clean.

Amenities were below expectations and weather was too cold.
