We got stuck in the elevator and had a panic attack. The staff did not make any effort to calm us down, and they didn’t even say “sorry.”

Great hotel! The staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the view I was given was excellent. Turkish bath was excellent with Dilek and Ömer (the porter) is exceptionally helpful making check-in a breeze. The restaurant food is delicious. Overall, it was a great stay. The only issue I encountered was the broken shower head. I reported the problem to reception during check out.

The usual warm welcome and reception from the hotel’s operations staff — Younes is a great example of an employee who knows how to make a guest prefer this place over others, despite the hotel’s age!
