This hotel is perfect for all your needs. Free parking, convenience, excellent/friendly staff and comfortable. They are number one and all others can’t compare.

Quietness and Cleaning. Very nice staff

The property was very nice, clean and staff was friendly and professional. The only thing I did not like was the whirlpool was inoperable and there pool hours were not so good due to previous guests. This information wasn’t disclose upon my booking. Overall things were very nice.

Very nice and quiet just had issues with lost property and spoke to several people on issues and been at property over 3 wks… still waiting for feedback but other than that the environment itself is good an peaceful….

Walking into a clean spacious room made the stay excellent. Mini kitchen(no oven, stove top), microwave, tall fridge/freezer all utensils included including dish soap and sponge. I enjoyed the pool, However it was extremely cold. I think that needs to be adjusted, especially when you have toddlers. The breakfast was good, Bacon, eggs, waffles etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend!

The room is definitely a LOT smaller than they state on Expedia. I was told i can upgrade if my room was too small when I arrive. I arrived and was told they were sold out for the full three nights I was staying. Very disappointed because I called prior to my visit and was told yes the room is a good size and it was 750sq ft. Yeah more like 400 sq ft. Bathroom needs a really good cleaning cause its black around the shower. The sink is for kids had a hard time brushing my teeth. The kitchen only has two burners and one was not working so I could only use the small one. No oven and the dishwasher was soo old and out of its place. The kitchen is tiny!!! Two people cannot fit in it. Overall for the money this place was not worth it!. Only good things were the friendly staff and the lobby being soo pretty as well as the pool hours. What is written in Expedia for hotel rooms is incorrect so if you have two adults and two children your screwed for having any room.

The hallways smelled like wet dog on our floor annd the pool wasn’t heated, it was tolerable but cold. Other than that our stay was great. This was a nice property to stay for 5 days.

Overall the stay was okay. A little out the way for me but still accessible to a highway. Parking lot was crowded over the weekend. One morning they ran out of syrup for the waffles but other than that the breakfast was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful. One thing I did find super inconvenient was that I had to leave my drivers license at the front desk to gain access to the pool. I’m assuming they may have had issues in the past with pool access but if I am staying at the hotel and you have my personal info I should be able to access with my room key. Also the pool availability especially for an indoor pool in the summer was ridiculous; 12-5 on a weekday is not long enough. I was out for most of the day so by the time I got a chance to go I was being told I had to leave. Also walking back into the main lobby in my wet bathing suit to get back my drivers license wasn’t ideal. I can say that the cleaning staff is phenomenal there and the rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. As far as amenities I wouldn’t use that as my deciding factor in staying here.
