Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.

This is our second time to stay in this hotel for vacation. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay in Orillia. You can feel like a home once you step in this hotel. Good services with a reasonable price. Thanks again for the great efforts of the staffs in Stone Gate Inn. Thanks for giving us a wonderful March Break.

its a fantastic location for family gathering. The inn isn't very big but it is absolutely a great place for us with good breakfast and helpful staff.it is doubtless to stay in again.

Under construction so sliding doors open to cold weather Units on either side of ours noisy Linens and towels fairly worn. Good news manager was very nice polite and friendly .

Convenient location, and allows pets, which was a must for us. Clean and quiet with friendly and helpful staff. The door to our room could really use some oil though. We left at 6:30am and were afraid the loud squeaking of our door opening and closing would wake up everyone else around us.

The free breakfast was great, the indoor pool was very nice and we enjoyed the location and the staff.

I stayed at this hotel when it opened in year 2000. It is still decorated the same. Looks quite run down. The staff said it was being renovated. I hope they do that because it was a lovely boutique hotel to stay at in the past.

The property needs to be updated and maintenance needs to be done. Paint chipping off walls and taps leaking.

My partner and I stayed here, on number of occasions, and have never been disappointed. The hotel is clean, and quiet. The staff is always friendly. We also enjoy the breakfast, which is plentiful.

This hotel is quite tired and needs much work such as replacing the very old carpet and a thorough cleaning. The flooring in the bathroom was dirty in the corners. The breakfast is a joke.

The room was not cleaned leftover food in fridge from previous rental ,toilet broken & full no maintenanceon site front desk attendant brought my wife a plunger for her to unclog someone elses mess ,garbage not emptied, shower not cleaned table sticky, hand prints on windows. Room absolutely disgusting!!!!!

While the place is clean it is very dated and worn. I did see that they were renovating the room across from us so perhaps slowly they are updating the place. The free breakfast is adequate and the heated pool was nice but again in desperate need of and upgrade too.
