冷氣出風口在下面 會對著床吹 如果人多就會有人對著冷氣出風口比較不舒服，因為是比較老師的旅館，所以也比較昏暗其他一切都很不錯飯店位置在公車站旁邊很方便

A quiet hotel in a busy area. The most special thing is the golden hot spring, which has no sulfur smell. The food and service in the restaurant are especially good.

房間舒適，空間寬敞。飯店服務貼心，主動提供開車往返纜車站。早餐挺好吃，份量足夠。唯一不習慣的是溫泉池，男女湯並不是完全分隔。

The staff at the Hotel are truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, every team member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

Amazing service. The staff were very helpful. I left my ring and accessories at the hotel. They contacted me asap and helped sending them to my next hotel. Their effort is very much appreciated. The food was good and the room was comfortable. Everything is good!

距離車站只是3分鐘步程，是間典型舊式帶溫泉酒店，室內設置優雅，職員有禮有笑容，只是客房燈光較為昏暗，但值得推薦！

Easy to reach location, a beautiful traditional Japanese style onsen hotel and excellent customer service！

設備齊全，很好的住宿體驗

It is my third time to stay this hotel. As same as before, the rooms, service and foods are good. We enjoy to stay at this hotel. Here are some good for point out: 1. Location is good! The hotel just next to Arima onsen street and Hankyu bus stop. 2. Services are good. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is surprise that a Japanese staff can speak my second language, so that we understand well for any introduction or explanation. 3. Room are good; massage chair is good. But we take some time to cool down even the air-conditioner is turned on. 4. Food is good with good presentation and environment. I will stay to this hotel for my next trip to Arima.
