Great hotel to spend the night!! Very relaxing and clean

Unfortunately, there were no curtains in the room and only blinds. Very hard to have a good sleep when it’s light out at 4 am. Other than that, I would highly recommend but make sure you are facing the lake so you don’t get the noise from traffic

Beautiful property Well located in town, you can walk to everything. Nice beach in front and great pool. Restaurant served great food on the relaxing patio. Professional courteous staff everywhere.

It was one of the best places we stayed in BC. Lovely location . Everything was perfect !

Check in is unusually late, 5pm, and our room not ready until 5:30. Room ok with well equipped kitchen. Location is good, walkable to restaurants. Screen ripped on door out to small balcony and a few other things show the resorts age, but generally well maintained

Beautiful resort overlooking the lake. Large clean suite with everything we needed. Quiet, walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Very central for winery tours in the area.

Very nice property with great lake views.

Went for four nights with our two small kids. The kids loved the pool and slide. Main bed was very comfy. Sofa bed was less so but the kids didn’t seem to care. We were in a suite with full kitchen which was super helpful but I wish the kitchen had some cooking essentials. For example, a cutting board and salt and pepper. There were knives and pans but some randoms were missing that would have been helpful. The pool was awesome but the deck by the hot tub was insanely slippery. We put towels down right at the steps and that helped immensely. Staff were great. The bistro attached to the hotel was disappointing however. Had a latte and a fancy drink one day. Both were not very good and insanely overpriced. All around great trip and we would appreciate happily come back again!

Well located

Clean room and great staff. Had some maintenance issues but they were solved within an hour or two without any hassle. View is amazing of the lake and the onsite restaurants were good. Daughter loved the pool as always. Will go back again.

We liked everything except that they couldn't accommodate us for an extension inspite of having the room available. They were charging us almost 1.5 times more than the price that we had paid earlier.
