二人房很大 不錯！但睡不慣榻榻米，感覺有點硬。因為臨時訂房間，晚餐時間需按時有理解。但早餐時間本來在check in時選了9點也被確定了，但晚上又被通知改到8點半，就不太理解。其他服務整體不錯，只是用膳時間方面有點不靈活變通，需遷就用膳時間安排行程。溫泉不錯，食物則普通。 服務人員態度好👍環境也優美安靜，可以安靜地休息。附近沒有其他商品，只有酒店的商店，可買些手信和飲品，但選擇不多。整體大至上有4星！

很舒適的酒店，員工親切有善，有免費飲料，泊車方便。 房間很大很好，有美麗景色，非常推薦給所有去箱根的旅客。

因為行程關係所以沒有預約接駁車，手機也沒辦法撥號，所以是從巴士站走到旅館，大概20~30分鐘的距離。 櫃檯服務員有說，如果沒辦法用手機打電話，可以跟巴士站附近的旅館借電話預約接駁車，建議還是要用接駁車比較好。 有會說中文很可愛的服務員，對附近一些交通或是景點有些問題都有幫忙解答，也有建議行程怎麼走會比較順，例如像是遇到下雨可以改走哪些行程，可以在哪裡轉搭交通工具等等。 設施/客房環境整體來說是很乾淨的，早/晚餐的食物和服務也很好，沒有問題。 旅館周圍是比較安靜，如果想要享受安靜的住宿環境推薦這間旅館。

房間很大很舒適，和室房尤其適合小孩，室內泡湯池和室外泡湯池乾淨且方便景觀也不錯，公共浴池有準便備齊全的沐浴用品，很棒！飯店接送很方便！但附近走路無可到達的景點，須轉乘公車。

環境舒適安靜，泡湯非常的棒，房間寬敞，窗外景色優美，是放鬆渡假的好地方，比較偏遠沒有地方可逛，是唯一可惜的地方。

The dinner portions were very small but extremely expensive. It felt like a ¥3,000 meal but cost over ¥10,000, which was disappointing. On the other hand, the restaurant staff were wonderful—very friendly and informative. The bath itself was nice and relaxing, but the dressing room wasn’t well-maintained. There were many hairs on the floor, so I had to clean them up myself. Our room was old but nicely kept—spacious and clean, which we appreciated. However, there was a lot of noise from people jumping around in the room above us late at night, and our family couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk, and fortunately, the staff handled the situation quickly. Overall, the staff members were all very kind and helpful, but I don’t feel the food or the facilities were worth the price.

改装後で畳の匂いが良かったです。 食事も美味しく、露天風呂も気持ち良く、滞在中は気持ち良く過ごせました。

夕食、朝食共に美味しい。 露天風呂に関しては満足。 しいていえば、布団、枕が硫黄臭いくらいです。スタッフ、配膳ともに最高でした。 またリピートしたいと思います。

Navette gratuite depuis la gare pour les hôtels Princess, très pratique car sinon impossible de s y rendre seul. Hotel top mais loin de tout, donc pas pratique. Pour une nuit, permet de faire un beau break après tokyo

We loved the Japanese tradition of this hotel. The location was beautiful and beside a golf course. The onsen was stunning. The location was a bit tricky but busing and tacos are options to head into Gora for restaurants.

The service is definitely 5 stars! They know hospitality!! The food was good. Got the breakfast and dinner and this is the traditional kind of food. It was delicious. It is a bit far from the lake but there is a shuttle service and a bus that can take you to the lake. It takes about 20 to 30 mins with the shuttle and the wait for the bus. The Onsen was enjoyable, the traditional way of sleeping on the floor was also good, the room got a little warm as the AC did not get any cooler than it is set to and this is during the summer. The night was cool when we were there so we opened the windows and it was fine. It was rainy when we were there but we truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff made us feel comfortable! The hotel grounds are beautiful!!
