Aula ja ravintotilat olivat siistit, mutta muuten 4 tähden hotelliksi hieman nuhjuinen. Hissi oli pelottava, piti kolinaa ja kovaa ääntä.

Inmejorable ubicacion en Sirmione para visitar el castillo, tomar el ferry, visitar la grutas de Canulo y sobretodo el acceso a disfrutar las aguas termales. El buffet tiene comida caliente, fruta y reposteria. La atencion del personal muy dedicado.

Nicely positioned hotel on the lake and for the ferry stop. Rooms a little small but the balcony was nice with a view of the lake. Staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly.

We loved the whole vibe of Hotel Sirmione Terme. It was in an excellent spot, just inside the castle area but not in the middle of the really busy streets. The staff were excellent, apart from one elderly waiter on the special music night who was very rude, brought us the wrong water ( sparkling rather than still) and then proceeded to ignore us for half an hour even though I'd tried to ask him for a wine recommendation - we got up & walked out sadly. The rest of the bar & restaurant staff were friendly and helpful all of the rest of the time. The rooms were spacious - we were travelling with a wheelchair so this was a necessity. The bathroom was well equipped but the shower was a tad small to manoeuvre in. The spa area was lovely. On the whole a great choice. That said, there are virtually no wheelchair accessible taxis in this area so bear that in mind!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Sermione y cuenta con una posiciona de agua termal que está incluido en el precio de la habitación. La comunicación con el personal del hotel fue muy mala, ya que no hablan español y el inglés es terrible, por lo que las preguntas que hacía no daban respuestas correctas o incompletas. El hotel es muy viejo y requiere una inversión importante para actualizarlo. Hasta las camas y almohadas eran de los años 1960.

Ottimo soggiorno breve in quel di Sirmione. Perfetta la location e l'organizzazione per il parcheggio con possibilità di prenotare un trasporto per il breve tragitto. Buona e completa la colazione. Temperatura un pò alta in camera per i nostri gusti che non siamo riusciti a regolare con l'impianto di climatizzazione. La camera dando sulla piazzetta non ci ha permesso di dormire con la finestra aperta poichè un pò rumoroso. Le terme nell'edificio di fronte sono apprezzabili con la piscina e terrazza che danno sul lago. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante ma vale sicuramente la pena già solo per l'ottima posizione. Ci tornerei.

Beautiful property and location

Meget godt utvalg i frokostmenyen. Rommet var også bra, men aircondition fungerte ikke. Det ble derfor svært varmt. Spa-avdelingen var veldig bra. Det var også en bar med flott utsikt ved sjøkanten. Personalet var generlt service-innstilt.

Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Unfortunately, the check in was terrible. Guy at the reception was unpleasant and ignorant. Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied. Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late. One is tired and let alone has forgotten something in the car.. Fortunately, lovely lady at the reception called Neve has smoothed things up in the morning. Just that the night staff spoiled what otherwise would have been a fantastic experience.

La piscina molto carina ma i lettini molto limitati sono stressanti. Camera spaziosa magari con qualche specchio in più sarebbe stato meglio. Pulizia pessima. Colazione discreta.

Great location - directly located in the old town. Really nice views of the lake with an outdoor terrace. Parking is about a 10 minute walk or you can get a shuttle. Breakfast was very average (not the best).

We loved every moment here. Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, lovely restaurant and bar and helpful staff. We will be going back
