Staff is very friendly. Bar options are nice. Food is very mediocre.

Monipuolinen lomakeidas, jossa paljon puuhaa. Muutamat aktiviteetit (kuten trampoliini) olivat erillismaksullisia. Henkilökuntaa oli paljon ja se oli avuliasta. Ruokaa oli riittävästi tarjolla, mutta jossain olisi voinut olla ruokalistat nähtävillä. Maultansa ruoka oli hyvää ja vaihtoehtoja oli jopa liikaa. Ruoan tuoreudesta ei aina voinut ihan mennä takuuseen, ja juoma-automaatit buffet-ravintolassa olivat likaisia. Usein juoma-automaatista saattoi joku laatu olla loppunut kokonaan. Yksi seurueemme jäsen sairastui ruokamyrkytykseen, ja hotellille oli helppo tilata lääkäri (hoidimme sen itse). Huonetta siivottiin päivittäin, siitä iso plussa. Huoneen ilmastointilaite oli melko kovaääninen.

D mm et eneste positive med oppholdet var personalet, som var utrolig hyggelige og gjorde sitt beste for å hjelpe. Dessverre veide ikke det opp for de andre problemene. Jeg ville ikke valgt dette hotellet igjen.maur overalt

Absolutely amazing stay. Hotel lobby is breathtaking, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food was great and room good too (with the exception of a rather uncomfortable sofa) Already planning to return again this year.

The complex was perfect for the family vacation. Play room, game room, beach club and lot of other activities for kids. However, we booked a suite with jacuzzi but got the junior suite and after spending hours talking to hotel reception and the hotels.com agent we didn’t get compensation for the extra 500 euros we paid for the suite, that was very unfortunate. Otherwise we were happy with the hotel!

Professional efficient friendly staff. The rainforest atrium is exceptional. The food was delicious. The public train & bus and the free hotel shuttle schedule were frequent and mostly on time.

It was a very cold pool

Schone kamer, heel vriendelijk personeel. Goede kwaliteit eten , nette staat van onderhoud een aanrader!!!

Hotel communal areas were great. Lovely and clean throughout. Extra cost wasn't aware of included ndoor pool charge to use, needed a swim hat to use indoor pool or buy one if didn't bring and kids club usage charges if not on all inclusive basis Hotel room was clean and tidy but had some DIY issues like loose door handles and light fittings. Was also a leak coming through bathroom Ceiling. Logged it and they came quickly to try to resolve sadly the leak despite being resolved still occurred.

Lots of space with separate bedroom and lounge area .Also a large terrace balcony.Staff were pleasant. But …..the whole building is cold ….there is no heating at all ,only in the shop.Staying in December was a mistake as this hotel has used a lot of glass in the construction and has marble floors .Heating in the room was just adequate but I had to buy a thick jumper and slippers. The dining room was cold and cold plates for the hot food !!! It’s a long way from anywhere….lots of walking ,taxis and buses.Also it is next to a train track so quite noisy. This hotel really shouldn’t be open in the winter, indeed the Holiday World hotel next door was closed.

Hôtel 5/5. Nous avons particulièrement adoré l'hôtel. Nous y mangeons très bien. Le personnel est bienveillant et tres aimable. Parfait pour un séjour avec les enfants. J'y retournera avec plaisir.
