空調壞了。這台空調老舊，已經安排翻新。他們本該關閉這層樓，但卻讓它繼續維修。臨時安排的房間條件很差。

房間寬敞、乾淨又舒適。唯一的問題是無線網路太慢了。

總的來說一切都很棒，可惜唯一的問題是，我入住期間唯一可用的電梯只有 2 部，所以下樓花了一些時間。

房間不錯，很舒適……只是浴室的排水有點堵塞。

員工很友好，價格也合理。

空調雖然經過技術人員兩次檢查，但仍然無法正常運作。房間不夠涼爽。

地理位置優越。房間乾淨整潔，客房服務團隊值得稱讚。

飯店員工和前台服務人員非常熱情、專業且樂於助人。一直是我在美里商務出遊的首選飯店。

我非常喜歡這家酒店。飯店環境不錯，價格也實惠，週邊餐飲選擇也很多。

My boy really enjoyed staying in Mega Hotel. Not only for the spacious room and cozy bed but also for the facilities. He love swimming in the pool. One of the cleaniess I might say. My favourite place will be the restaurant during our breakfast..They have tons of variety that you can choose from. Recommended staying in this hotel with Traveloka as they offered the best rate ever!

Mega Hotel had a place in our heart for their warmth and their hospitality. We had stayed in many hotels but nothing beats the hospitality given by Mega Hotel Staff. What we love most is their breakfast spread and enthusiasm. Recommended for those looking for a stay.

Inside Miri city centre, there is 24h convenience store next to the hotel. The hotel is an old hotel, so you might not find electric socket near/next to your bed. Breakfast was okay, starts early at 6.00 am.

kedudukan hotel ditengah tengah pusat bandar, memudahkan akses ke mana-mana. kawasan parking pun senang. Tapi tandas sangat tidak selesa, tiada bidet, tidak mesra pengguna muslim, susah ambil wuduk, pam tandas rosak. bilik bising dengan muzik, tidak tahu dari mana, tidak boleh off atau rosak ke off. tidak boleh tidur malam. keseluruhannya kurang selesa la.

I had a rough journey before check-in. Upon check-in, the receptionist was kind enough to inform me that my preferred non-smoking room wasn't available during check-in. Check-in was done swiftly for I accepted the room they offered. My room was great, but I was a bit disappointed that it didn't have a bathtub (maybe it was because of the renovation. So, yeah, I was cool about it 😆.) I had a great lunch at their restaurant and overall, the meals served during my entire stay had been superb and fit my picky palate. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and on the next trip, I'd reconsider staying in this hotel again.

Nice ambient, friendly staff. Love the breakfast as well. Hotel is easy to access to many places.
