This Hotel is both outstanding in some respects and has negatives in other respects. We had one of the villas. We were not told that our villa was up the stairs. We were there in June with 90 degrees temperature, and had to walk several minutes outside and then climb the stairs in the heat. Its location is also away from practically everything and there are no simple transportation to get around. Don’t be fooled by the Uber App. It works but there are no Uber drivers to accept your request. Their Beach Club and sanding beaches are nice. Then again you have to wait for the shuttle for up to 20 minutes for the ride to the Beach Club.

Beautiful property but the staff isn’t helpful at all. We had to follow up with our concierge for every request and sometimes she wouldn’t even get back to us. Then they added a service charge at the end after we paid service charges and tipped along the way. Overall very disappointing stay.

Property is pretty amazing, but the overall service is sub par for the price. We had a villa which was very nice, but the service was nowhere near the level it should be. For example, we stayed at the Belmond Ravello and the service was incredible and the rooms were half the cost. Overall a nice experience, but nowhere near what it should be.

O que falar a mais do hotel? É fantástico. A propriedade é maravilhosa, principalmente nesta época do ano (junho), pois as flores tornam a área onde ficam os apartamentos ainda mais bonita. O restaurante e estrutura de praia são ótimos, piscinas idem. Especial agradecimento ao Simone que foi nosso concierge e estava disponível a qualquer hora do dia para nos ajudar a reservar experiências e restaurantes.

Tudo, absolutamente tudo , lindo, limpo maravilhoso Principalmente os funcionários todos simpáticos e muito prestativos! E em especial o Valério que nos recebeu com muito carinho e atenção disponibilizou o seu WhatsApp para que pudéssemos manter contato para reservas de restaurantes na propriedade , o Antônio também muito gentil e o Ricardo do bar da piscina muito simpático

Tudo foi absolutamente perfeito e excepcional, mas o grande diferencial está na atenção milimétrica, no cuidado genuíno com os hóspedes e nos mimos surpreendentes ao longo de todos os dias. O serviço é de um nível raríssimo. Um agradecimento especial ao Valério, que nos ciceroneou em português em tempo integral pessoalmente e via WhatsApp com uma presteza inacreditável; ao Vicente (o português de bigode), que tornou nossos momentos à beira-mar ainda mais especiais; à Shana, que cuidou de nós com imensa gentileza em todos os jantares; e ao Lucas da Argentina, que sempre dava um jeito de encontrar um carrinho de golfe para nós com a maior agilidade e simpatia. Uma propriedade deslumbrante onde o staff transforma o luxo em puro acolhimento. Beautiful property. Can't wait to go back

A wonderfully immersive experience! Whether you want to enjoy the beautiful pools & spa or trek further afield to visit the sweet nearby towns and trullis, the Borgo is the perfect place to be situated. From the beginning we were well taken care of by Giovanni the concierge, Ciro our on-site ‘mentor’, and the lovely La Frasca breakfast waitress from Locorotondo who provided dinner recommendations in our village. Can’t wait to go back!

This is a most spectacular property. They have thought of everything. Every amenity. Most incredible is the staff. Every attention to detail, getting to know each guest personally, promptly responding to every need. The food was outstanding. The cocktails and bars creative and delicious. This is one of the best resort properties in the world.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service. Nothing was a problem, and the staff often went above and beyond. Rosa and her team looked after my pregnant partner at breakfast every single day, as if we were family! The facilities, location, staff and accommodation are all five-star. We'll be back!

We stayed at a lot of nice hotels on our travels through Italy and Malta, but Borgo was a real stand out. The surroundings and facility is next level. It is a real experience from arrival and all the way through your stay. Everyone went above and beyond. I regret not pre-booking spa time, as it was booked up when we arrived. I really liked the interaction with a personal concierge over Whatsapp. I was able to ask questions and she helped with some local advice for travels to Lecce and booked us an amazing restaurant in Fassano. This property is a gem in Puglia.
