早餐非常豐富且新鮮

A good location, not far from BIO Airport. It's a 15-minute walk between the hotel and the city center. Besides a bus stop before the entrance, we found a tram stop nearby. The hotel also served varied selections for breakfasts. So, all good during our stay. Thanks a lot for the hotel staff's effort.

Asked for a queen but hotel gave me 2 twin beds and I had to go back to change. Their room is spacious but condition is so so. 20 mins walk from old town and my friends rooms air conditioning was broken and took a few hours to change room. Overpriced hotel with average service and outdated condition.

Very clean, nice location and not far from airport

这一次的入住体验很不错，前台总会备有水果和茶饮供客人品用，风景很不错，酒店的设施也不错。不过要去周边吃饭，至少要走上10分钟。

El hotel divino, las camas súper cómodas, la habitación grande , el desayuno de lo más rico que he probado. Está ubicado súper cerca del centro, definitivamente volveremos a ese hotel.

The only chance you have to eat and walk is going to the city center which is not super close but overall good experience anyway

Very nice room, very nice staff but very noisy room. Sounded like someone was moving furniture above us all morning. But overall nice hotel.

Located near access to major transportation arteries and a short walk to the historic center.

Todo muy bien durante la estancia: buena atención, instalaciones limpias y cómodas. Solo tener en cuenta que hay una subida para volver al hotel, lo que puede ser un poco incómodo para algunas personas.

Located up the hill away from the old town, this hotel is perfect for those wanting something away from the hustle and business of the centre of Bilbao. Taxis into town are readily available and can be picked up for the return from many ranks around the city (except during a thunderstorm as everyone stays away!)The staff are wonderful and friendly. Gluten free options for breakfast are plentiful

Quality of the room, and especially bathroom shower etc. very high. Outstanding breakfast.

Air conditioning isn’t working very well in the hot weather.
