This hotel was super nice for a weekend get away, not sure though for a whole week. The parking situation is a little difficult at night and the spaces are hard to come by the later it gets. There are not many pillows on the bed for two people and the room didn’t seem to get very cool even with the air on full blast. Nevertheless staff was supper friendly, breakfast was nice, and the location seems to be 10 minutes from everything to do in Huntsville.

We choose to stay there anytime we are in Huntsville. It's close to UAH, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is good and the staff are friendly.

I made a suggestion on my last stay and this trip,they had made the change. Happy to see that. The staff was courteous and always aknoelwdged us when we came in and out. The man handling the breakfast was courteous and said hello to us and kept everything clean and stocked. Front desk was helpful as we needed an itwm and the staff member searched for it and found it. We needed a late checkout and they were able to accommodate. Its convenient to UAH (less than 5 min).

Everything was excellent except the guy who checked us in was very rude and a smart ass. He was also rude when I asked about a way to get an Uber. The night lady was great though. We loved our room and everything else though. That guy just needs to be a lot nicer.

Property needs renovations and has an old smell. Had been cleaned well though and felt safe. No complaints about staff.

The property was very clean and up to date. When we got off the elevator on our floor it smelled like a chain smokers paradise. However, once in our room it was nice and didn’t smell like the hallway. Overall the hotel and room were nice.

If u don’t check in by 4pm they will charge your card. So I was charged twice. They did return the money but online it says u have until 2am to check in.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable and walking distance to several good restaurants.

Friendly Staff Very helpful

The hotel was average. The content of the breakfast was average. The guy that worked the breakfast area was amazing. I requested top floor, but was told the hotel was completely booked. I was placed on 2nd floor and the people on the floor above our room walked extremely hard, on the first night….a constant BOOM, BOOM, BOOM… how can someone make that many trips back and forth. The second night the room above us had kids that constantly were jumping up and down and running back and forth. People need to learn hotel etiquette and be conscious of their surroundings.

Helpful staff, clean and convenient

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly and professional. Quick check-in process and ample parking. Small complimentary breakfast was perfect for getting back on the road. Highly recommended.

We arrived late and registration was quick. The only thing I didn’t like was the women at the front desk asked me what was the purpose of my trip. She said it was for marketing purposes and the computer asked. I didn’t feel it mattered as long as I paid . Besides that it was a pleasant stay.

Got there at 11pm after driving 6 hours the bed comforter and sheets was wet had to call get new bedding and put it on ourselves. Room smelled musty
